Is located at a strategic location, extremely near to the shanghai train station. Restaurant, under tunnel train and etc can be easily find here. The room is very clean, staff is super helpful and friendly. No regrets!!! Great location!

Stuffy old executive room n inflexible lobby staff”
Bad check-in: I reached early n was charged half day for room; even though I only wanted to shower n I was ok to use their gym shower which is common for other hotels but because they didn't have gym shower, I had to check In early and pay - n I had total 7 nights booking of all executive rooms. After paying for 1/2 day, only 1 person was allowed to free breakfast. My other 2 travelers who booked separate executive rooms but used my room to shower , weren't allowed free bf. What a stingy hotel!!! Stuffy poorly maintained room: Room was stuffy, called reception n was told it was 'winter' so only warm air is available- the Average temp during my stay was more than 20 deg C. It got so warm at night I had to ask the hotel to provide me a fan. I opened the windows for ventilation but it was beside a railway station n going through some construction so I had to close the windows middle of night and woke up perspiring every single night. Stay at ur own risk - I m not returning to this hotel ever. Utterly bad experience!

Good location for all purposes”
The location is really close Shanghai railway station and metro line 1,3,4 also. Hotel services are also good too but check-out service was not really good. I had to queue for long time cause there are not enough staff for that service.

Close to Railway Station be careful of your safety ”
As there are many train commuters around the hotel, be careful of pickpocket if you are travelling alone. Advice given by my Shanghai friend.
