Amazing staff in top five-star hotel”
We were so impressed with Pullman staff and the service quality during our short weekend getaway after the Lunar New Year. We arrived early and really appreciated the early check-in for our quick nap after lunch. All meals were delicious and the complementary morning yoga class with a wonderful teacher was cherry on top. Thank you!

Great hotel ever with reasonable cost”
I have booked 2 nights at this hotel during week days so the cost is relative cheap for a 5 stars hotel as Pull Man. Everything was great, nothing to complain about the room, location and services. Only an disadvantage that is this hotel has only 4 elevators and not smart. Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vung Tau city.

We’ve had the best 2 days in early months of this 2021, though we didn’t expect much on this trip. All values are meet as usual (our room is upgraded), but what we really appreciate is all the team members, who treat us as their family members which truly brings us such ‘home’ atmosphere. The hotel has a good location which is just 500m away from the beach. There is shutter bus to the private beach club. The ground floor is amazing with stunning decoration and transparent lifts. Staff is helpful.

Hotel was nice, clean and friendly. We booked 2 rooms and both were great except one of our rooms had a little mildew in the shower but no big deal. Just didn't expect it from a 4 star hotel. Everything else was great.

First the bad - the air conditioner wasn't very cold and had trouble getting hot water. Good - new facilities, professional/friendly staff. I got a free room upgrade. The room was spacious and beautifu.
