Excellent property. Located in a quiet residential area. Landlady is very friendly and helpful, can speak Mandarin. Location is a bit far from the main tourist area but not a problem. The landlady recommended a Tuk Tuk driver, Mr Samchai, who would bring us to anywhere we wanted to go over the whole period of our stay there for a very reasonable fees. This saved us a lot of time in transportation. His service could start as early as you want to and can last till midnight if you wish. Would definitely stay there again if we visit Hatyai in the future

The person in charge is helpful and friendly. She also helps us to organises a day trip, and some meals, at very reasonable price. It is almost like a one stop service provider.

自驾一切没问题”

屋主两姐弟都很不错，姐会说华语。楼上3间房楼下1间。有老人家的不方便上楼，楼下是单人床而已。自驾那都去到，如果要搭车就不方便。位置很安静还满靠近附近的旅游景点。
