Staying over weekdays, an aura of privacy was felt around the hotel and the surrounding area. Rate was cheap inclusive breakfast. Room given was 107 and it was clean and cosy. Breakfast was decent. Location is excellent. Only one thing, this hotel may not be suitable for older people as there is no lift available. Parking is free onsite. Book without doubt.

Honestly, the rooms are really small. You have to walk upstairs. It's not fancy. The coffee can be upgraded (hint, hint). But it's clean, and the hot shower works. You get a filling, if not great, breakfast. For outdoor people who just need a place to shower and crash, it's perfect. Good location too, smack in the middle of town.

Even is a very old hotel but he hotel room, toilet is really very clean. The shower water also strong and hot enough. The double bed is comfortable. Rm69 for 2 person still have 20% voucher for lunch and dinner and even free simple breakfast! Will come bk again!

Everything is good except the breakfast”
Second time here,the breakfast definitely need to improve,at least refill when the food is almost empty.And keep the food warm. All staff hiding inside the kitchen,no staff entertain the guests during breakfast time

Room was small but clean, some hanging rods were broken, but front desk immediately sent someone to repair. The fan had no remote control so couldn't adjust the speed, TV reception wasn't very good. The bathroom heater works very well but needs 30 mins warm up time. Breakfast one day was ala carte, another day was buffet style, both very limited choices. Location-wise, it's right smack in the middle of town, there's a restaurant opposite, a small convenience store just down the road & it's a short drive up to the food court area.

Easy to find.Just in front of menara jam.Room is small but ok.Got towel and bed is comfortable.Bathroom small but clean.Lousy food at restauran..Dirty table, plate, coffee pot, spoons etc. Coffee taste funny. Dont drink water at reception. Dont know for how long it been there. No one ever replace with new one on the next day.Toilet dirty at restauran.Better go in your room.

Superb location, clean and worth for price”
It is located axactly infront of the clock tower. Easy access to restaurant, golf club and the trails for jungle trekking. this is my second time to stay here for two days . Your phone is now accessible to the high speed internet. not like what we experience in year 2018 , the internet speed was terrible. The air is clean and cooling. i really enjoy my stay.

Everything is excellent except for the food it is horrible and the staff at the restaurant not friendly, rude and if you ask for anything everything is finished at the time u ask. It seems as if they are lazy to entertain the customer. Apart from that the hotel reception, staff , the room is super good

Breakfast was not good but managed.. No veg option . Location was best opposite to clock tower . From here we can go to all places conveniently. For me it's 9/10 . I got what I was expecting. Yes , we wee famy with two young kids.

I stayed at Puncak Inn for two nights at a bit over RM 100 with free breakfast. It's due to Covid that the price is so low. As I don't look for luxury，i am happy to just have a place to sleep. The place is clean and convenient. The staff friendly. Water heater works fine. There's an electric kettle should you want to make a hot drink. The restaurant is downstairs and you can get food at a reasonable price. I have stayed in other bungalows before like Berkat，Jelai, Richmond，Singapore House, Termeloh. Now I settled for Puncak's cosy with attached bathroom. Huge room can be a bit eerie. I find the room in Puncak just right and safe. Of course it is right in the town centre so the air may be a bit polluted sometimes. But there are no many cars so it is not a problem. Furthermore you are outdoor most of the time among the greenery. Puncak Inn is my choice, inexpensive and clean.
