"Got to know about this hotel through my uncles who receommended it.Guess we made the right choice to stay here as I would consider it is still new. From the description, it is stated the room size is 30m2 which is SO TRUE. the room is spacious and my child had a good time running around in the room.we had a good view which is overlooking the Putatan village plus seaview from afar. eventhough our room rate did not include breakfast, we did try the in-room dining breakfast. It was quite nice and delicious.only that they did not provide all what is offered as the waitress mentioned I did not ask for it.so, my suggestion is just serve all what has been offered in the menu set as we are paying for all of it right? On Wifi,we were only provided with 2 days complimentary eventhough our stay was for 3 days. maybe you can provide better service to win people's heart? Overall, unless you want to stay around Putatan then this hotel is highly recommended.if you want to go to city, you need cabs service or own car as it takes 15-20mins to reach town center from here."

"I booked this on behalf of my parents. Was told the room is indeed spacious. The food served at their downstair cafe is cooked deliciously. Location wise, if you wish to explore the Kota Kinablu city this hotel might be a bit far as it is located in Putatan (check in Google map to see yourself). But those who already know Putatan very well, this is the hotel you should put in the list as it is close by to shops and restaurants. "

"Since I planned to visit relatives in Putatan area, staying at this hotel makes my journey easy and shorter distance compared if I were to stay in the city area. The hotel is located at a 2storeys building which its recommended not to bring big luggage as there is no lift. The room we had (family room) quite spacious for my family.Only we had slight problem as the room is facing the road which we could clearly hear the traffic flows. There is a laundry service center available at the area which made easier to do our laudries. There are local Indian restaurant and a fast food chain (Burger King) as well. Overall, its a comfort stay for us."

"It has an elevator and since i was taking my grandma with me, it's a relief. Spacious room, comfy bed and pillows and with an additional money of rm3, i can request for an extra pillow. Very near to restaurants and Giant hypermarket. There's a mamak right in front of this hotel, very easy to get breakfast. The location is in Putatan but if u r renting a car, it shouldn't be a problem cz the city isn't that far. There's also tamu nearby on weekends.. So many things you can buy, anchovies and so on. A lil cheaper than pasar Philippine. For Hair dryer and iron, u have to ask at the counter. Sometimes they send it for u, sometimes u have to take it yourself. The only problem that i face here was, probably the housekeeper didn't vacuum the room. They only changed the bedsheets cz though my room looked neat, the floor felt dusty. Other than that, all was well. Will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit. "
