        Easy to find food since this hotel facing Kuala Perlis food court, can just walk nearby Cleanliness and comfort is superb Price is OK Only, please avoid any karaoke event. We cannot sleep well due to noise from that event

        Nice sea view, room ok with the value money, all the staffs are very good, friendly and professional. Near with the Kuala Perlis Mosque, can hear Azan, feel safe, calm. Food are good too. Can order for night meal from room, price are very reasonable and delicious. Definitely will come again

        Good Location”

        If you are bringing family to attend convocation in University Malaysia Perlis, this would be a good location, 25 minutes away from the main campus. Staffs are very attentive, breakfast buffet was good. Value for what you have paid for. In additional to that,it location near to jetty Kuala perlis, 5 minutes working distance and 25 minutes away from KTM.

        Serve Best Breakfast Ever”

        Although it is an old hotel, the facilities is ok. The breakfast is the best. All the food were delicious. Near to Jeti to Langkawi and happening at night as there is Flea and Food Truck Market during weekend.
