Not too comfortable Stay.”
Have stayed at place many times as got business nearby. Noticed its std has dropped, especially aspect of maintenance. Room I had last had broken shower holder,broken soap holder, missing towel hangers/rack. Shower heater spoilt and always burning. The drain hole was blocked flooding place. No TV remote and struggled to see manual buttons to control. No Wifi in room also, only at lobby. Would consider trying another hotel next time

➕ Strategic location. Have lift. Cheap price. Easy access to Putrajaya. Near to restaurant, food stall, laundry service, saloon, workshop, convenience store. ➖ In picture looks like the room is big, but actually small. No chair. Mirror is too old. Not enough towel, only one towel is provided for 2 person. When I ask to the receptionist, he said I need to wait tomorrow. And the towel is too old. Water heater and iron is not provided. If need iron, we need ask to receptionist. Your iron is too poor, please change a new one. Water machine is provided in outside the room but unluckly is not functioning well. No room cleaning service even I staying for 3 days. Tv signal is not so okay, there are limited channel to watch. Toilet is not really clean.

Disatisfaction towards the Facilities”
The card reader to unlock our room was not functioning so we were unable to open the door! When we tried to contact the reception through the service phone, it was not functioning as well! Then we were given key to unlock the door manually but even then it dosen't work out so we had to move to another room! In the website it says that all rooms will be able to access the wifi but unfortunately wifi can only be used in the lobby but not in the room! Apart from this, everything else was fine and the location is really good

Good facilities but bad in services. We already booking and make payment through agoda.com then we also confirm our booking through phone call to their hotel but when we arrived to check in, staff told us rooms already full!! What the pfttt..after we argues and i said i already pay for this rooms! then staff ask me to get back my money from agoda. they said not their fault because they already sent email to agoda to inform rooms already full.. But in my case i book hotel two day before they sent email to agoda..and i also call them to confirm it!!!.at that time they said ok already book it..then why they give to other customer!! We already pay it! At the end after argue and i still want it if not i will sue them..then staff offer me another room..see?? Still have room before this they said no!! Oh god..this is the last time i booking that hotel and through agoda.com too!! Sorry for this review but i'm a good society i don't want the same things happen again to others.

Accomodating Staff”
TV was blurry...water pressure was bad. Had a room with an aircon that doesn't gibe out cold air but the staff were kind enough to change a room for me.

Smell”
There was a bad smell at the counter and also in the room. I ask for two hours extension before i check out but the staff arrogantly replied to my request as cannot then after i ask for the 2nd time he mention about the additional rates. Why not he mention about it at the first place?

Half a loaf is better than none. You deserve better for the price you pay. I would recommend you to find other hotels first, if all of the hotels are booked, then only come to this hotel. Is it better to stay here rather than taking a nap beside the road.

Deluxe is better than superior. Don't stay more than a day. U will regret. ”
The location is good. Easy to find food. Staff is okay. Can tolerate with customer. I booked superior room (higher price) which is suppose to be better than deluxe. But it seems like deluxe is better. Thank God the staff can change room. It's not worth the money. U can find somewhere better in bangi sentral area. TV not clear at all.

we book for family room ( 2 queen bed), while check in, the staff said there is no family room available. they give us option to complain to Agoda and get refund or they give us deluxe room with 1 king size bed with extra 1 single bed. they said the room is about the same size. but once we enter the room, the room was small, the bed is not a bed actually. they just put the mattress on the floor. the king size bed also not king size but queen! we go down again to the reception and they agree to gv another single matress. we stay there, in small room with 2 mattresses on the floor.
