it was superb experience”
i really enjoy my stay at this hotel. my family also love it. everything that this hotel offer to me was really fantastic. the room quite big and clean even have a bath tub in the toilet. the food selection for the breakfast also really awesome. it has a lot of variety kind of food. the swimming pool in this hotel also quite big. my son really enjoy it. only one thing that i want to complaint about the noise that come from the aircond at the night. hope the hotel management can have take a look about it.

Pleasant stay”
I had a pleasant stay. The room is clean though outdated. The bed and pillows are fabulous. I enjoyed the bathtub. The staff are friendly, and helped us with the luggage. There is however one problem from the parking space. They don't have a lift from the basement parking, you need to drag your bag on two flights of stairs. Please drop your luggage first before you drive down the basement parking. It was a nightmare for me as I had a huge luggage for a week.

The hospitality is no doubt is excellent! The cleanliness is good. And the facilities in the room is perfect. There are iron, hair dryer, internet services and tv channels. Room services is also 👌. Check in was help by one chinese staff lady but cannot remember her name. She was so friendly and very nice to me. She explain everything to me. Hotel and room was clean and the room was nice. But the only thing spoil is parking ticket. Everytime valid date ticket when exit the ticket is error..

Excellent facilities, worth the money”
Upon arriving we, we were greeted by a friendly bellboy. Checked in was smooth, front desk receptionist was warm. We were given welcome drinks. The room was spacious, the hotel looked new with updated furniture. The breakfast was heaven, with variety of spread. You could ask for freshly squeezed juice at the drink counter. Pool was amazing. Really enjoyed using the facilities at the hotel. The landscaping was zen like. Really enjoyed my time there.

It was a very nice one night stay. Check-in process was easy and smooth. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of selection. The important thing is on kids club. Since Im travel with young children, my kid enjoyed so much playing in the kids club.

Best hotel in PUTRAJAYA!!”
It was is our favourite hotel. The room is very spacious, we keep coming back for the food!! Our daughter love this hotel too.. we started to stay at this hotel since she was born and niw she is already 3 years old. Staff is very friendly. Our last visit was on PKPP during covid 19.. they serve breakfast according to the set menu provided. I'm a little bit frustrated because of there are no roti canai on the menu.. 😂😂😂 but it's ok, we will going back to our fav hotel!!

I booked this room at the very last minute because change of plan to celebrate my son's birthday (the place we supposedly go was having pkpd) . booked at 3.00pm and called the hotel to request for some birthday decoration. Their staff (Fitri) is very helpful. eventhough it was a last minute request he managed to do the decoration. Thank you so much Fitri. You have made his birthday so meaningful. He had so much fun during the stay. We will definitely come again. ☺️

My friend and I were staying at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel for a night during CMCO as we wanted to explore different 5-star hotels in Putrajaya neighborhood. The overall stay was very pleasant, the room was big and cozy but we didn't feel like home. I think simply because there was no carpet in the room. We ordered a room service for dinner and it was good, a little bit less salty otherwise it was scrumptious! The customer service was excellent!

This is THE hotel I can rest assured that you will pick nasi lemak or roti canai rather than ratatouille, sausages, pastry and other western cuisine. There is no fault in the nasi lemak and roti canai (curry and dhal). Typical hotels cook their local cuisine badly and left me with the streotype of hotel’s nasi lemak is tasteless. But here, everything changes. Room is good, lobby is great for photogeeks.

Even the place is a quarantine hotel however the hotel make a a very good process in separating the normal guest and quarantine guest. Spacious room and even the breakfast is no longer buffet but the set menu is delicious. Plus the loc is near with IOI mall. Stay at room 1133, the aircond kinda slow. We ddnt make any complaints due to tired. Look forward to check in again.

Special anniversary treat”
It wasnt an actual anniversary package but it was a normal booking of a room with breakfast and dinner. I did asked if its ok for me to request a simple cake for my anniversary and surprisingly, they gave me 2 cakes that is inside our room and another during dinner. They also decorated the honeymoon goose on our bed. All in all i can say that staying here exceeds my expectation.

We checked-in during ramadhan and the service was superb! 24 hours room service so we can order food for sahur. Bell boy was helpful to carry our luggage. No issue with parking. The bedroom is spacious and can fit 5 people. The sofa bed was really comfy too. Overall, i love the hotel.
