Dirtiest hotel in Sahl Hasheesh”
This hotel is a scam. The hygiene standards are a disaster. Bed sheets don’t get changed for an entire week, are yellow from other peoples sweat, have make up strains on them and are full of cotton balls as they are that old and over used. The floors are full of hair and under the beds they never cleaned so its full of dust and hair. The food is very bad quality and once again no hygiene. People take food with their hands if serving spoon falls into the food the staff will fish it out with their bare hands and give it to the next guest to use again. The pools are a major scam. The two large pools are ice cold and not heated so nobody swims in them. The third small pool is slightly heated so all guests are swamped up in it. Overall, worst hotel experience ever!

In general we had nice 4 days. The one thing could be critisized is the ongoing renovation works. That was disturbing. By the way, I have to thank our housekeeper for his crazy towel art works.

Couldn't be 5 stars resort”
Its very expensive for this quality of food and drinks. Pepsi tastes like rust and water dispensers have very bad taste. Pool and beach bar closes at 5 although the pool and the beach closes at 6 so u have to plan and get all drinks at 4:45 as they dont give anything at 5:01 which is very unsatisfying especially if u have kids and u were swimming u have to get out of the pool or the sea to get a drink before they close. Room service are horrible they cleaned my room only twice and they dont even provide towels they say its in the dryer and will get them to u but they never did which is very unprofessional for 5 stars hotel even when i made a complain and i said i need a duvet for my baby they apologize for the towels and they didnt get neither the duvet nor the towels so its unbelievable!!!!!! Its a maximum 3 stars hotel

das ist ein russenhotel, hotel in die jahre gekommen und ziemlich schmudelig. aufmerksamkeit vom personal nur gegen bakschisch. plastik- und papbecher grauenhaft viel, sogar im speisesaal, keine gläser oder tassen. für meinen geschmack eine billige klitsche. das essen war genau so schlecht. es ist aber auch ein riesiges hotel, möchte nicht wissen, wie es ist bei vollbelegung. für mich habe ich viel zu viel bezahlt für diese tage. badetücher ausgabe nur am strand. wenn man am pool liegen möchte muss man den ganzen weg bis zu dieser ausgabestelle und später wieder dahin zurück. tv ohne deutsche sender, dafür viele russische und sonstige kanale.

الفندق جميل واكله ممتاز الانيماشن تيم كويس لكن كنت حاجز عن طريق اجودا واتصلت بالفندق قبل الوصول بيوم أكدت الحجز .لكن لما وصلت موظف الاستقبال قالى ان هذا السعر لغير المصريين وعلى ان ادفع ضعف المبلغ لانى مصرى . لكن كنت ارسلت ميل الى اجودا وقت الحجز للتاكيد باننى مصرى وهم بدورهم تواصلوا مع الفندق واكدوا لى ان ليس هناك مشكله. لولا هذا الميل لم اكن لايمكن من تقضيه اجازتى. لكن الفندق ممتاز وانصح به.
