Deluxe King room is the smallest room I have ever been in with only a double bed.
The pictures on the site do not represent what you get. We chose the deluxe King rooms and were given one small double bed in a room marginally wider than the bed. It was old and unclean. The second room was twin beds not a deluxe King! We tried to sort it out with the staff but their English was marginal. the rest of the hotel was quite dirty and in disrepair.

I booked this hotel because I needed a place close to the airport for an early morning flight the next day, and there was a mall nearby. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS TERRIBLE. - The hotel looked like it has never been maintained after it was opened. There were spaces for a bar and restaurant, but none were working. - The lift smelled like a toilet - Unused rooms were left uncleaned and doors open for everyone to see - The room assigned to me initially had no electricity - Twice during the day I had asked to staff to arrange for a taxi to pick up my travel partner at 8 pm. When we went down at 8 expecting a cab waiting for us, there was none. A cab eventually came half an hour later, and they would not let us find out own cab. Stay away from this hotel.

Dirty floor, dirty bedsheet, no toileteries, aircon doesn't work, check in too long, breakfast start to served at 8 am. Avoid this hotel !!

In hotel not same as picture in advertise. Accombidation very bad. It's in construction, Reception area moldy. Horrible experience here. no hot water. All room can't close window. Stinky in toilet. Bed sheet and bed cloth not clean. very dirty!

First I got a room with no window, honestly it was a little bit spooky, thanks god the air con didn't work, so the staff gave me a new room, which is better and has window, for the 1st room I would regret pay 260.000 IDR, but for the 2nd room, it was okay, breakfast was too simple

Booking twin but get small 1 bed ( and staff said no twin room ) Air con is suck ( only wind ) call staff to fix . Staff can not fix and tell can not do anything. I ask to change the room . they said all room is full . Until other guess complain about air con more 2 room and everyone complain . They said will change the room . change to Twin room ( why this time twin room available) Bed sheet , pillow , towel , blanket is dirty with a lot of hairs. Floor is dirty . toilet is transparent . entrance is under renovate ( need to carry Suitcase up stare ) BADDD
