        Poor reception”

        My second stay here. Both with problem. Conter service not helpful. Even if you have a confirmed booking with Agoda, means nothing to them. On my 2nd stay here 8-9 August, the hotel Oyo customer service cancelled my booking despite confirmed Agoda booking, reception poor service and I ended with no stay.

        WORST & DISGUSTING”

        I'm sorry but this hotel dont even deserve any stars. The worst experienced ever. I check in for 5 days and 4 nights but I check out after having 2 days overnight. The place is full with cockroach. The room is very smelly and in a bad shape. GUYS, DONT EVER COME HERE.

        This OYO 1094 Q one Hotel Dengkil is so terrible, facilities of water heater can not use. Important is on the bed have a lot of louse and make us cant fall in sleep at all. I wonder why how come this kind of hotel will inside the Agoda list?
