Property policies

No smoking in room and within the premises. Wooden caddy at the table keeps all the remote controls for the Carrier split type AC, LED flatscreen TV, Tower fan, cabinet lights and 2 ceiling lights at the living area. To use the digital washing machine always open by turning the faucet knob at the top back on the wall in counterclockwise position to supply water to the washer. The washer is full automatic, just have to press buttons on the type of wash you like. Please close the faucet knob by turning it back to clockwise position when you are done with the washer. We keep the condo clean and tidy before your checkin so we expect the guest to keep it neat throughout your stay. Cleaning and housekeeping services in between your stay is with a fee of Php600per call. Shell Residences has a no smoking policy within the premises. No pets are allowed within the facility. There is a swimming pool fee of Php150 on weekdays and Php300 during holiday at the Property Management Office.. Only registered guests can pay and use the swimming pool.

Place is in nice location, staff at service is very polite and sweet. Facilitie as a whole clean. Apartment it self has some issues like shower door, closet door and cooker. But nothing to bad. Cleaning staff for inside the apartment is not good. Toilets were dirty, floors dirty, shower dirty, behind washing machine you can smell mold as it's never been cleaned. Kitchen has Roches poop everywhere. We don't mind little roches as we understand it's the weather and simply can't run away from it. Beds were clean and towels. We enjoyed our stay as we cleaned things our self and rest of it we were just carful not to touch or use. Not a bad place to stay without kids, but cleaning crew needs to keep a better care of this place and few things need to be replaced .

“Generally, a nice place to stay”
The space is not that big but cozy for the family. Julie, our coordinator, is specifically nice and easy to contact when needed. It's generally clean. I am recommending it for families of 3. The entire building and the swimming pool are a plus though you need to pay for pool usage. The scenery is beautiful.

Stayed here with my family for oath taking ceremonies. The place is so nice and clean! Complete with all that you need. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Ate Julie is very nice din. This is by far the best transient unit i’ve ever stayed in 🧡

“MOA location, easy access. It's tight with 4 adults with luggages.”
Location is perfect for the mall goers. The host keeps me updated and so accommodating. Àircon was very good than the other condo that we stayed in. Sleeps 4 but the other will sleep in the floor in the living room but they provide extra blankets. It will be good if the living room had also full out bed than the single couches. Our luggage and carry on bags filed up in the door. Big TV was good with open Netflix. We can stay here again in the future.

“Exceptional Stay!”
I couldn't ask for more regarding about the property. The admin has all the patience in the world for answering all my queries, especially during the part where I entered the wrong tower oh my! I was in Shore Residences, instead of Shell - I was confused, therefore I was late in our agreed early check-in time because I needed to ride again a cab to be transferred to the right location. That was really embarrassing but he never made me feel bad about it, so kudos to both admin and housekeeper he asigned.
