          "Qi68 - THE BEST"”
Staff, hotel design, peaceful/relaxed and the most pleasant hotel to stay at
Everything was first class. The staff (4), the hotel design, the room (we stayed in the green room), bed (so comfortable), shower (rain maker as well as hand held wand), TV (200 stations) to mention a few things enjoyed with this hotel. Due to a change in travel we needed to extend our stay in Chiang Mai for 2 days and we continued our stay at Qi68 and were treated to a breakfast that was so good. With a further time change on our last day we need to go out early and arrange a late checkout. This was no problem for the manager "Ae" and she even arranged to make lunch in place of breakfast that we were too early for. Nothing was a problem and all the staff treated us as first class guests. We are returning to Chiang Mai in 3 months and will stay at Qi68.

unique room style, peaceful, comfortable bed
the hotel owner is a very nice people, he showed us the map of the city and introduced a very good restaurant for us. There are just six room in this hotel, but each one has its own style, even the key of the room is quite special. The address of this hotel is not very easy to find, not bad, cause it gives you a very peaceful place to live.

nicely designed hotel with friendly staff”
very nicely designed, the hotel lobby is comfortable, hotel room is big,the bed is huge and comfortable, the staff/owner is very helpful in any way.
I booked 3 nights initially, we found the hotel is very comfortable and relaxing to stay. Especially there are only 6 rooms and at that moment only us and another couple are staying there. Thus it was quiet and peaceful. I like to chill in the hotel lobby, which is the front desk, kitchen all together, nicely designed. there are lots of plants put inside the hotel and open area with a small pool, they raise goldfish there, the tiny pool is in front of all hotel rooms, so you can also chill outside the hotel room. there is also a motor bike shop inside the hotel, run by the owner's sister. the bikes are good and we rented it everyday while we were staying there. in the end, we extended our stay for another 2 days, total 5 days. due to our bus leaves late, and the owner gave us late check out without any hesitation. I would strongly recommend you stay in this hotel if you are looking for, quiet, peace, relax and also easy to the old town ,city center area.

          This is a gem!”
While a bit hidden on a quiet soi, Qi 68 is a gem and ideally situated. For me, location was perfect. From the guest house, I walked toward the foothills to the forest monastery of Wat U Mong. In the other direction, I walked to the old walled city and its bustle and charming lanes. In between, you'll find shopping, restaurants, cafes and drinking spots. Qi 68 is stylish, serene, peaceful. Common kitchen and sitting area. Lovely garden and coi pond. Value for money!!! I'll return.

          Feeling cosy and comfortable!”
A lovely and cosy hideaway from the "big" city, yet close enough to all the things you need. Very spacious room with comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with good and strong shower, nicely and individually decorated and employees who are dedicated to their job. I had one of the rooms to the front with the balcony which enables you to keep doors open during the night without being disturbed too much by the noise. Just a barking dog or a scooter my disrupt your night. I did not meed to use the aircon. Though the hotel does not offer breakfast, we agreed on a special offer and they made one for me every day. It was delicious and rounded up my stay at this lovely place. They have a little restaurant just around 2 corners and a rental-station for bikes and cars. Very convenient! The only minus was the light in the "floor" which shine through the doors. These could not be blinded so the light was shining right into the room. A little point which can easily be solved.

The location is absolutely perfect should you look for a peaceful quiet retreat away from the buzzing Chiang Mai center. Yet its so easy and fast to get anywhere: walking distance to the hip Nimman and Santitham Area, a short scooter drive away to the north and west of the moat and close to Kad Sew and Maya Lifestyle Shopping mall. If you like a classy and stylish homelike feel, where there is much attention paid to details, you will definitely appreciate this secret treasure spot :-)

Qi68 is a small B&B with lots of character. It is set back from the main road (10 minutes away) but set in a quiet residential area. My room opened out to the koi pond. I found the staff very friendly & happy to help with a smile. The owners keep the place in immaculate condition. The rooms are large and are cleaned daily with fresh towels. I loved the quaint decor & tropical plants. There were lots of cafes within walking distance. I found the area safe for walking back late at night from the main road. I highly recommend this charming tranquil paradise for travellers - all in all an enjoyable experience.

At first I was a little afraid this hotel can be difficult to find, but with the help of google map and the further guidance from the PERFECTLY NICE LADY there. I've figured this guesthouse has the BEST LOCATION for us, riding motorbikes to tour around Chiangmai which were rented from the hotel. I stayed at the deluxe room with the balcony, I did yoga there everyday. Love the SIMPLE DESIGN combining the elements of nature. I am gonna come back, not just Chaingmai but this hotel. design, bike rental, friendly staff
Though we have book a family room for 3 nights, but was inform by the staff that there is some problem with the booking. The family room is only available to us for the first night. We have to downgrade to a smaller room. But staff are kind enough to compensate by giving us free bike rental for 2 days. The staff is very attentive and trying to solve the problem so that the customers is happy. 7-11, shopping mall and restaurants is all within walking distance. But to go to night bazaar and night market, you have to take tuk tuk or can rent a bike from the hotel. Compare to hotel around night market, this hotel location is quiet. Overall feel that this hotel feel more like a homestay than hotel as u can cook your own meals there and the staff really make you feel like you are at home. There is no problem with late check out if there is no booking for the next customer. I love their flexibility.

          Comfort, Design, Great Staff
We stayed 3 nights at Qi 68. The hotel is small (more like a guest house with your won private bath) but it's well designed and very comfortable. It's about a 15 minute walk to any of the major roads to catch a taxi but we didn't mind. It's located in a very residential area but there are quite a few small places to eat (best noodle shop is around the corner). Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

          Charming hotel with friendly service”
          Room, staff, quietness
This is a charming hotel with rooms in the "polished concrete" style, which works well. Smart, modern and clean and a communal reception/kitchen area, where you can cook your own meals if you want to. The staff were very attentive and speak good English, although housekeeping staff failed to service my room on the second day. From the hotel, it is a 10 minute walk to get the nearest tuk tuk or taxi, not necessarily an issue unless it is raining, or if you are elderly. The cable TV service to the rooms is the top package you can get through the provider, unusual in a Thai hotel, so if you are a sports fanatic or movie lover, it is on tap. The rooms are not overpriced, but Chiang Mai is very competitive and I have stayed in hotels with considerably more room amenities for less. You pay for the "boutique" aspect and on that level, it is worth it.

Great hotel with super modern decor and very easy going casual atmosphere. The breakfast chef is great, cooks you up a new treat every day. We loved our stay at IQ. Just a quick note, not a good place for early risers, because before 8 am nobody is to be seen. The rooms look great, but there is a lack of wardrobe space and drawers and a narrow bench makes it hard to use your computer, but this are only minor things for which is a real nice place

The staff was not very helpful if you could find them, the driver did not pick me up at the airport as was agreed, the TV never worked and the staff could not even turn it on, I had to ask for clean towels, the room was not made up everyday, and I was charged nearly 40 bucks when I lost the key. The location is out of the way, taxis don't know where it is, and I would not recommend this place for the price paid.

great location outside touristy area, upscale neighborhood, close to nice restaurants and shopping, scooter/bike rental on location
Located just north-west of the Old City, which was great because you are just outside of the touristy areas and in an upscale neighborhood very close to Nimmanhaimen Rd which has all the nice restaurants and shops. We rented a scooter from the hotel for 250 Baht a day and rode it all over town (highly recommend this). The guesthouse overall has a very modern vibe. The rooms were modern and clean, had a koi pond right outside on the shared patio area. The owner was very friendly and helpful when we needed him. For tours and stuff we just drove to the old city and found a tourist desk. Note that there is no food options at the guesthouse, so have breakfast elsewhere.
