Easy access from Airport which takes about 1hr with only one train change from Skyrail to BTS Probably quicker than taxi. Only mistake I made was not including breakfast. However discovered food court in Tesco Supermarket complex 0ver BTS bridge. Excellent choices for Thai and Japanese food around 50 BT Rooms were very clean and spacious. Good pool. Quiet location Night time food courts opposite hotel as well as massage parlours. All good!
This is probably the best place to stay if you have a huge luggage and would like to travel by train (else, it is just a 40mins away from suvarnabhumi airport -- costs around 450 baht inclusive of tolls from the airport to the hotel; and about half the price from hotel to the airport via GrabTaxi) because the hotel is just a 1 or 2 minutes walk from On Nut BTS train station and it is with a decent walk way. Therefore, it is safe to lug your bag away to the hotel. Also, the hotel is surrounded with malls (Tesco lotus across the road and Century mall 1 block away) and 7-11. There are also night/morning food stalls around the area - though i wouldn't recommend Corner 79 unless you just want to grab a quick beer there, food is not of the local quality. The room itself is decent and worthy for the price (minus a small stain patch i saw on my bedsheet...I think it is steal at the price)- big bed with a small pool to laze around. The location is quiet and massage parlour is aplenty.
Run down hotel”
Everything looks old and disgusting, the bed is very uncomfortable and the sheets are polyester. My daughter got a rash on her face because of the cynthetic material of the sheets. Overall a very bad hotel and dirty.
Great Budget Hotel”
This hotel has everything you could want. The only drawback, the location isn't right downtown Bangkok, but it is very close to the BTS and only about 3-4 stops from all the action. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations. Will stay here again.
Very nice hotel!”
Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel! Very good location, very near to On Nut BTS station. Century Mall and many food stalls nearby. Love this hotel a lot. To be improved: WIFI login system. Only one bad thing: my room was linked to next room, soundproof was close to none.
Staff, facilities, location were excellent. The only disappointment was the room could do with a little updating and a/c did give off a bit of a smell, but worked fine.
Location was great. The needed some cleaning. Black mole in the shower . Glass around shower neede”
The room was cleaned superficial daily. It needed more than the 10 minutes it took to make the bed. We had to move out of the room the last night due to extermination orders coming from the room next door. We were upgraded with a promise of breakfast being included. It was not!!! A disappointing end to a good stay
Very good and convenient area.”
Stayed for two nights and was very impressed by the staff. Verykind and smiley. Good sized swimming pool and a very nice area to hang out. Room was super clean. Nice bath tub. 7-11 convenient store, night markets, massage shops, On Nut bts nearby. Paid 3-450 THB for taxi to and from Don Muang airport to the hotel.
A relaxing stay”
Everything went well. Nice and spacy room. Very nice and polite staff. Only negative is, there were many people smoking around the pool, with “NO SMOKING” signs, without being stopped by hotel management. Likewise, drinking alcohol and very noisy guests, with their very loud music near the pool being tolerated....disturbing other guests..
Perfect hotel if you want to stay a bit away from the main city”
I loved the hotel. Clean room, good breakfast. Nice swimming pool and it's available untill midnight great. Gym is limited. The location is very near to the On Nut station a 30 min metro to the main city. Good hotel to relax.
value for money ”
i stay for 6 days with my mom. i love to stay at this hotel because my mom very like the breakfast menu. the hotel near enough from on nut bts and mall so u can find things easy. for the fasilities is great for cheap price but the walls of the rooms are too thin, i can hear people beside my room, they are a couple and i heard a woman's sigh, really annoying (sorry to say that)
Stay in Bangkok ”
I really like this hotel and stay there every time I am in Bangkok. I did have an annoying noise next to my room this time which was loud for most of the night, it sounded like a boiler of some kind. I would stop here again but would request a different room.
Good location nice and clean”
I just stayed for the 2 nights as stopped off in Bangkok for a few days . The room was cleaned daily . Staff were friendly . Located 2 minute walk from sky train . Was big 7/11 and massage shops next door . My only issue really was the room door did not seem very secure I think they need updating to key card locks . But the hotel itself is secure plenty of security and the way it is set out . But a free security box is in your room for valuables . Check in and check out both quick and easy . Overall a pleasant stay . No balcony’s is also a negative but in Bangkok not many places do have
Room is spacious, Superb location just 2 min walk to BTS, there is 4 massage center along the road to hotel, which is very convenience to us (massage lover). Breakfast just fine and value for money. The only complaint is sound proof not so good.
There are massage, night Market, 7-11 and big C nearby . near to BTS Station. It's a good place to stay if you want to away from city. Hotel is clean and breakfast is good. Hotel staff entertain my baby with a toy car :)
Hotel with about 120over rooms and it's relatively quiet without group tour visitors. Very convenient location and within 300m ; there are 3 massage shops , hypermarket, Shopping center with cinema and lots of restaurants. 2 Open Air foods couts at night. 7-11; and a sky line train station; On Nut; which directly connected to most shopping malls. Hotel room 's size is reasonable and quiet, which you'll have a good sleep .However, the only one I am not happy will be TV with limited cable channels. If you take a taxi and you need to consider and prepare for traffic jam .
You get what you pay for”
We stayed here for 3 nights while in Bangkok. The place is nice and not much to complain about however you get what you pay for and could probably find better for a similar price. The room was nice and had everything you would need however the bed wasn’t too comfortable. Pool was really nice and clean and a good place to hang out for some down time. Amazing location right next to the BTS station which made everything so easy in regards to getting around. The staff were also so lovely and accommodating to all of our needs. The few downsides however were that the walls are very thin so you can hear everything in the adjacent rooms and outside. As well as this the gym is very basic and falling apart - some of the equipment was very broken. The breakfast is also not the nicest and does not change day to day - usually cold by the time you get to it and ran out of milk one day. All in all not the worst but I’d probably look around a bit to see if there’s a better deal.
Regular stay ”
We stay at this hotel once a year and have nothing bad to say its always ok good staff good location for skytrain and airport plenty of street food will keep coming back price gone up a bit but still good value
Great short stay”
I was pleasantly surprised by Qiu Hotel. The reception is a bit dated and could use a spruce up. The inside of the hotel is actually really modern and super clean. Our room was spacious and clean with tea/coffee, hairdryer etc. The bed was so comfortable and the hotel was lovely and quiet. The staff seem pleasant and efficient. The breakfast is basic, but this is a value option and as value hotels go Qiu is excellent. Very near BTS and 7/11. I didnt get chance to try the gym, but I like that people are encouraged to hang out around the pool and snooker table in the evening. It feels social and welcoming without creating noise to bother people once they are in their rooms.
This place is outstanding...”
Qiu Hotel Sukhumvit – Just Outstanding I’ve found my “Diamond” in the rough… At $35.00 U.S. Dollars “all in” including taxes and booking fees, the Qiu has hit the top of my list in this price range, for the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok. Hands down the cleanest room we’ve had anywhere so far in Bangkok. Great pool, western restaurant, cocktails, massage spa at 200 baht per hour, right next door. I could throw a rock at the BTS metro train station, it’s that close. Top’s grocery and about 20 different western restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Full size mall across the street. And to finish my thoughts on this place, at least a hundred food stalls for street food, next to the On Nut BTS train station a two-minute walk away. The staff bent over backwards to get us in a room early (9:30 AM) as we were running away from a nightmare hotel that we stayed at the night before. My hat is off to these guys… If I’m ever here in the Suhkumvit area waiting for a plane and just need a cost-effect
