i booked earlier from agoda but i checked in late on the date i have booked. however,the checking in process still very fast! i only spent 3-5 minutes for the checking in! this allow me to rest earlier after a whole day travelling in melbourne city! thanks. the room is clean and very comfortable, i really like the bed! the room service is good and there is no much noise made by the service staff, thanks a lot! quality hotel melbourne airport provide free airport transfer which allow me to save the money to call a taxi! the driver is polite and gentle. thanks.

The location is good, approximately 6 minutes drive from airport. There are restaurants and supermarket (Woolworths) nearby (within walking distance). Hotel room is good, clean, look new, bed is comfortable. Very fast check in process. When I reached the reception counter, everything is ready, just have a sign on receipt then got the key. Very good staff and good driver, polite and very helpful, they will ask whether airport transfer service needed for next morning. Good job Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport! Keep it up!

beautiful hotel close to airport”

we stayed at this hotel for 1 1/2 nights (late checkout)on business, and couldn't have found a more perfect place for our needs! The staff were all lovely and friendly, quick check in/out, and very helpful! Our room was lovely and spacious, we had the queen spa room looking out over a courtyard, bathroom is large but is in need of a reno (which they are currently working on throughout the hotel)! but very clean and comfortable! The gardens and pool area are lovely and so peaceful! The restaurant is good, food was great both for breakfast and dinner, buffet breakfast varied with lots of choice! Location is great for the airport, close enough to access but far enough out from all the hustle bustle of the airport, and they offer free airport transfers. I would highly recommend using this hotel if you need easy access to and from the airport. we will definitely be staying here again on our trips to Melbourne :)

Airport pick up/ drop off provided - just call the hotel when you arrive at Melbourne Airport. lots of food options along the street if you touch down in Melbourne late at night and feeling hungry. Hotel is 2 levels but has no lift, so if you're staying on 2nd level you have to lug your luggage up. Helpful staff - housekeeping saw me having trouble with my luggage (after travelling for 5 weeks in Aussie my luggage gotten heavy), and offered his help to carry it down the stairs (didnt get his name!). spacious room. clean. will only stay here if there's a morning flight the next day.

Excellent customer service”

We arrived at the hotel 3 hours early hoping to just drop our bags, the young lady promptly checked us into a room and offered us transport to train station. Also gave us information about public transport and gave us a contact number for if we needed picking up from the airport. They also gave us advice on how early to get to the airport for early morning flight. We were so grateful for the early check-in as it meant we had more time to explore Melbourne. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel did not charge me to use the phone for my phone card. Free wifi is available, they also have a computer and printer in reception. We did not use the restaurant. The hotel is very close to the airport so the free 24 shuttle only takes a few minutes. I cannot fault the staff, they were all friendly and helpful

this hotel is real value for money, great location, good service i.e. free shuttle to the airport. it clean and a nice bar offering happy hour with discount drinks. the bar service and food was very good. would deffinately recommend to friends and family to stay at the quality hotel melbourne airport.

Quality Hotel Melbourne airport was a great spot to stay with our 3 kids before an early morning flight. Close to the airport. Rooms where clean & easily fitted our family of 5. Would defiantly stay here again.

Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport is always a great option when wanting to staying close to the airport. It is very clean with modern style rooms and comfortable beds and finally great value for money.

Near to the Airport”

We used the hotel as a stop off to sleep before carrying on our journey the following day having arrived into Melbourne on a late flight. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Reception area looked a bit worn, but for an overnight stay we didn't mind. The rooms were spacious and had all amenities required. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean. Slightly dated in decor, however fine for the night. Breakfast was good value for money and very tasty. We were a bit late and nearing the cut off time for breakfast and some of the food options had run out. However, the staff were keen to prepare more food, which was very sweet. If we needed a stop off in Melbourne again, we would stay again overnight.

Very pleasant but a little inflexible”

I had prebooked and paid for my accommodation at the Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and included the breakfast package in my booking. Unfortunately I was unwell with a very bad cold upon arrival, which was also affecting my blood sugar levels as a diabetic. As I felt so unwell and did not want to potentially affect others with my cold I asked at reception if I could have my breakfast as room service, rather than attend the dining room. Despite breakfast being prepaid with my accommodation, I was told that if I wanted to have breakfast as room service, I would have to pay for it in its entirety. I thought this was very inflexible, as the hotel had the payment anyway and would not have lost any thing. So, I did not have breakfast either day. Apart from this, I enjoyed my stay and liked my room, the outlook and the friendly staff. The meal I had as room service for dinner on my second night was fabulous and I appreciated the shuttle bus to the airport.

Close to Airport”

This Hotel is 5 minutes from Melbourne Airport, with large, clean rooms, comfortable bed and even tea and coffee making facilities, which were very handy. Nice and quiet at night, so we got a good night's sleep. The proximity to the airport is a bonus.

GREAT AIRPORT HOTEL”

Staff very helpful .After dropping our rental car back to the airport , they picked us up and took us to the hotel .The next morning they took us to the airport for our flight home . No charge for these transfers .Free glass of wine with the dinner that we enjoyed .Cool room with doors opening outside to pool and relaxing area . We would have liked to sit outside but it was so hot in Melbourne at this time .We would use this hotel again - so handy for flights .

Perfect for an airport hotel”

I needed medical clearance to fly back to Adelaide after arriving in Melbourne from Hong Kong. I spent 4 nights in this hotel - it was perfect for me. Free shuttle back and forth to my doctor and to the airport, and even to the reasonably close shopping centre and train station! Also public bus stop right out of the front if I wanted to move further afield. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a morning departure on an international flight out of Melbourne and did't want to catch the red eye from Adelaide. The Quality Hotel was clean, quiet, comfortabl, convenient and reasonably priced. The complementary shuttle service was fast and reliable. Will certainly stay there again.

Value for money, loved it”

Simple hotel, very clean and comfortable. Considering how affordable this hotel is, you get what you pay for and more! Though it's not located within walking distance to the airport, the shuttle service provided by the hotel is efficient and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel over any other airport hotels (I have stayed at another for almost double the total price and would have chosen Quality Hotel again if I could).

Very close to Melbourne airport. Appreciate their prompt complimentary shuttle service. Helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with young kids. Deluxe-two bedroom suites are great for families.

we spent the night before our flight at 6am.. they do pick up and drop to Melbourne airport 24hrs. the staffs are friendly and sent us to the airport at 3.30am with big smile on his face. the room was clean

The restaurant was very good with an unusually high standard of food. The shuttle service to Melbourne airport was another welcome feature. I would certainly stay there again.

Perfect place to stay near airport”

If you need accommodation near the airport this is the place to stay. Although the price could be cheaper what you get is everything you need and more. Free wifi, free airport shuttle, the reception staff are very helpful and accommodating to all needs. The standard room was very spacious with all facilities provided - I didn't get a chance to use the free movies that were included in my special package as I didn't have time but it was great that it was thought of. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation near airport.
