Very Happy with This Hotel”
We have been here approximately 6 times pre-cruise and have been very satisfied with everything. The porter, Henry, has been a large part of our satisfaction with the hotel. He is always so friendly and helpful making sure we get to our shuttle in time in the morning. This is a great hotel to stay in for cruising from either Fort Lauderdale or Miami. We would be happy to recommend it to friends and family.

My family and I were here a total of 6 days and within this time frame we went through 4 hotels that were not family friendly or were costly but were not worth the money however this final resort was by far the BEST!!! My children had a blast and insisted this be our stay when we return for our next vacation.

The guy at the front desk that checked me in Friday night 10/15/21 was a sweetheart ❤ The rooms can be a little more cleaner, i know they are remodeling the hotel, so when their finish remodeling I believe the rooms will be awesome the bed was so comfortable

It's close to the airport. They seem to be a holding place for the airport and cruise port. Very busy with little place to sit and relax. Again if your looking for a bed to sleep in it's good and reasonably priced.

Distance from front desk to room 320 ridiculous. Arrived after heavy rain and there were puddles of water everywhere. Went to breakfast at 9 am next morning and puddles still there. There was a big sticky spill in room so no one had shampooned the room recently. The staff very friendly

The listing indicated Free Airport Transfer and Breakfast [free]. There was even a place to check off that we wanted the airport transfer and our flight information. No transfers are available to this hotel so we ended up taking a taxi ($30) and they charge $5 for breakfast. Photos show 'Quality Inn' yet this hotel is no longer owned by Quality Inn but has been privately owned for past 2 years and is called Hotolos Hollywood. Name should be clearly indicated on this listing. Several previous reviews had also talked about free shuttle to the cruise port. Perhaps when this was a Quality Inn but no longer. Also booked a King bed but was given 2 doubles instead. Room OK. Staff minimally helpful. Seemed to have some shifty looking guys hanging about.

Not a Good Choice for Cruisers”
It may be close to the cruise ports, but so are a lot of better properties. The front desk staff is poorly trained in customer service. The manager hides in her office if you have a complaint. All though the furniture is newer, the maintenance and housekeeping is very poor. Our white socks were black after walking on the carpet. There was obvious hair in the sink and tub. Our door looked like it had been kick in at some point. Word of advice would be to check out your room before taking it. Usually the TV, AC or door locks will have problems.

Don’t trus this hotel- they won’t help you”
They receive a package in my name two days before my checkin. When I arrive at the hotel they sipmply say there is no package for me at the front desk, that I should seek a solution with UPS (yes, they say UPS is wrong, but they refuse to seek for the package with more accuracy). Beside that, it’s a very simple hotel, showing the minimal pattern os quality inn hotel, that is why I’ve chosen it. Regrets...

Absolutely Disgusting”
We checked into the Quality Inn and Suites close to the Airport. The bathtub was falling apart. We didn't have any kleenex. We didn't put anything on the floor due to it being disgusting. You could see outside through the crack of the door. It was sooo loud the entire night. Never will we ever stay here again!! I totally want all of our money back!! GROSS!

We booked a room at this hotel before the Pandemic. We were going on a cruise the next day. When we found out that the cruise was cancelled I called them...we did not purchase insurance on the room thinking it would not be necessary for one night...I was told that even though there was a crisis going on that I could not get my money back....Very disappointed..The airline gave me a credit and so did the cruise line..even though I did not have insurance with either.

Worse option for a hotel”
Hotel took my money from card and could not be found. I then called the number located on site and recording played for hours and no one actually picked up the phone. At other locations number was disconnected. Not recommended to choose this hotel, it seems as if it doesn’t exist.
