    Smokers welcome
    If you are generally around the smell of stale smoke, these rooms would be great. I attempted to switch rooms due to the strong smell of stale smoke, but it seems all the rooms are contaminated with such. The stained bed cover was also a bit of a turnoff, as well as the room carpeting that was long overdue for replacement. As a positive, the airport shuttle was extremely punctual and the drivers were very friendly.

    Grasping defeat
    We booked this hotel going through a search service that filtered for pet friendly. We travel alot! We take great pains to filter for pet friendly hotels. Upon arriving after a four hour drive we were told the hotel is not pet friendly. I assured the front desk we did our due diligence and the hotel was stating that it was pet friendly in it's advertising. Oh well! "We are not now and they need to change the website." Also, we were told there is no refund available due to booking it online through a service. Ugh! Are you kidding me? We left the hotel trying to find accommodations that were pet friendly. We tried some surrounding hotels (do not bother). Only to search for pet friendly hotels on our phone to find the Quality Inn. I was a bit disturbed and disappointed so I went back. Upon requesting a manager we were told that it would be no problem (are you kidding me). Actually no problem. OK now we are getting somewhere. Excellent! That will be $40 dollars. Wow. $40 pet fee. He could almost have his own room for that fee. That is our policy. I thought the policy was no pets? Well when our policy was pets it is $40. Where is that on your website? It is not. Beware!!! So we are booked for the third floor supposedly in a non smoking room. We get to the room to find and ash tray on the desk and the horrible smell of smoke. Upon arriving back to the desk we were told that is a non smoking room (not sure why we had to disagree) and they can move us if it to our liking. We did move and they were accommodating and pleasant after all of this drama. The opportunity for the staff to be hero's presented itself multiple times however they were so busy making it difficult to stay there due to rules and price gouging that the check in was the worst ever. One hour check in! Maybe this review will help management understand there are many choices available for lodging. For frequent travelers we have expectations and experiences and we c

    Great airport location and free airport transfer
    The hotel from the outside had us nervous. It smelled bad and wasn't very clean. But, our room was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The free parking and airport transfer made it 100% worth it.

    I was not able to stay as when I arrived the individuals at the front desk advise me that they couldn't find my reservation although I provided them with my booking ID and reference number. They then tell me that I have to call the booking company because they are unwilling and able to help me... As thought there website booking issues was my fault.
