          The light switches didn't work, and the windows were unlocked. Overall, the stay was disappointing for the cost of the room in Des Moines.

          location

          When I realized I would be arriving late, I called the hotel to be sure they were holding a room for me. They assured me they did not have a reservation for me. They checked by name and by ticket number I'd gotten from Agoda. So, I made a reservation.
