It was very clean and tidy the fact that I could open the window and allow fresh air in my room. The staff are very nice and they keep the hotel and parking area very secure. I feel safe here. It’s very underpriced and worth the stay. Breakfast could be better. But it’s something and it’s free

Great value but Baymont by Wyndham needs some TLC”
This is a small property but needs some maintenance. The elevator was not operational, business center computer not working but tech had been called. Need a touch of paint and landscaping care. Towels could definitely be replaced. King size bedding comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast buffet has cereal yogurt toast fruit and waffles and very nice sitting area to enjoy. Staff helpful and polite. The complimentary airport shuttle was a Mercedes Benz and stopped at sister property for passengers. The location is great. Easy walk to Ross $ Tree Marshalls Walmart and many restaurants.

I went to the Direction, and the place had another name. (Oyo Townhouse). ”
They told me, that they used to call them Quality inn. Reservation was still valid. But it's suspicious and a bit scary when you arrived to a place that has another name specially in another country. They offer Shuttel but you have to reserve ir 12 hrs before. It's anywhere specified. So I had to paid my own Taxi.

Extremely uncomfortable and questionable on structural safety”
When we checked-in, we found the room floor caving inwards.. the cupboard door cant be closed and will swing outwards as the floor is cave inwards. the pillows were pathetically small the bedsheets were sooooooo dirty the entire room seems to be collapsing soon. We made a complain and they change us to another room swiftly without question..but all the rooms are the same ;(

This hotel was a very big disappointment. When they cleaned our room while we were out, when we got back we had no towels or wash cloth. Our friends also had to ask for wash cloths. Both days of our stay, we came down for breakfast 8:00 the first day not any food left, all we could get was a waffle with no syurp and had to ask for the coffee to be refill, the 2nd day at 7:30, there was also very little food to choice from. Both days there was very little if none at all to keep food available for quests, also both days the garbage cans were overflowing and quest had to put the dirty disk on the food counter. I would rate this hotel a - 5, the worst hotel i have ever been at. I will not reserve through Agoda site in the future.

Shuttle! ”
We arrived at the airport and called for a shuttle and they informed us that we needed to give them a 12 hour notice , we had to take a taxi at 35.00 dollars and then for our morning flight out the first shuttle was at 7 am way to late!!! Very disappointed! The room was clean but the stairs up to our floor had boxes sitting in the way all night and still there in the morning.
