Clean, good price, good location.

Checked out and forgot wallet with drivers lic, credit crds and 400.00 cash . Called later that night and was told they found it and it was locked in safe, Said would be in later that day to open safe and would call me back so I would not have to drive 100 miles to retrieve it. Did not hear back from them. I kept calling and still no one could not open safe, Told them I am driving back there and will wait in lobby until someone opens safe. 10 min later they call and said they were mistaken and did not have my wallet. My fault for forgetting it in the first place, but was given the run around and now one of the housekeeping staff is 400.00 richer and I had to put a stop on my CC and stand in line to get duplicate DL. Don't stay at this place as they are thieves and dishonest keeping me misinformed for 2 days trying to retrieve my wallet. Told them in the first place I didn't care if the money was taken I just wanted my drivers lic and medicare cards back. No such luck!!!

I arrived in a driving rainstorm and tired ..they had me checked in quickly and very friendly.Helpful about directions for places to eat....great Denny's with very nice staff right next to the hotel.For exhausted travellers a great 'port in from the storm".The breakfast was plentiful and pretty good variety...although personally I would like one of the cereal choices to be Bran...good coffee! if the weather had been even marginally better ,I would have like to explore Woodlands....it looked really charming! Getting past Sacramento going north,Woodlands was an ideal location...easy highway access and no rush hour traffic in the morning!...
