Stayed here two nights around Memorial Day. Arrived an hour before 4:00 check-in (which ought to be earlier), but the clerk offered us another room so we wouldn't have to wait, which we appreciated. Room was nothing fancy, smaller than expected, by no means pristine, but it was OK. Location was a stone's throw from the highway & an easy drive to Burlington. It's just a minute from downtown Winooski, which we explored & really enjoyed, had a great meal at Tiny Thai restaurant there. The hotel's pool & exercise room looked decent, but we didn't use them. Lobby was nice, w/free coffee/tea/hot choc all day, free cookies each night. We were very pleased w/the free breakfast. Waffles were awesome, good scrambled eggs & bacon, biscuits w/sausage on second day, well-stocked w/yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, hard-boiled eggs, milk, juice, hot drinks. Courteous attendants. We had a question about parking in Burlington, the clerk wasn't sure but got us an answer right away while we ate. :)

The sound of a pneumatic drill waking you up in the early morning and going on till late in the afternoon was disgusting I would have thought that the hotel or that wing would have been closed with dirt and dust everywhere we went wouldn’t use this hotel again in any state of the USA I’m a regular traveler from England to America.

Everything was ok except check-in time at 4p.m. we have a child of 9 years old and we were travelling by car for 2h30hours he was tired and wanted to sleep for a while. We presented ourselves at 3h30p.m, they refused to give us the room before 4p.m. This was not a good experience although explaining that my son is tired but in general it is clean and food is good. Room is clean.

I purchased on Agoda's website, price discrepancy was quite large vis a vis what I paid for and what the lobby clerk quoted - approximately $15 difference, thus, that was disappointing. However, i have already stayed at this hotel and i am satisfied with most everything. The only hiccup was the heating system going on and off constantly, i didn't care for heat but there was no way to regulate that.

Excellent accueil a la réception et tres bon service du prépose aux services a la clientele . L entretien de la chambre a été déficient le 2e jour .

L'accueil très moyen et expéditif. Du coup il y a eut double attribution de chambre (d'autres gens sont entré dans notre chambre quand nous y étions..). Le personnel nous a harceler au téléphone pour refaire de la paperasse alors que nous nous reposions. Au passage, l'évier de la sdb bouché et pour une chambre soit disant adaptée aux handicapés, la porte de la sdb ne peut pas s'ouvrir entièrement à cause du lit. Petit déjeuné moyen. Mauvais souvenir relativement cher pour la prestation.
