Roaches ”
After checking in with my grandson, I went to close the drapes and found 1 small roach and then another one crawling on the wall. I killed the one crawling, and the other one was dead but stuck on the drape. I did not asked to change the room because or was late and I was exhausted from driving. After that I didn't see anymore. And everything else was fine. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent, compare to other hotels I have stayed.

Room a little dusty, some foreign hairs on floor from maybe a broom or dust mop. Pool area good. & clean. Outer side of building a lot of people just bored out room,mingle with each other some look as if they live here since Covid put a lot of ppl out of jobs and homes. But they were nice as well! It would be ok to stay here b/c beaches close by/ Omg so much food right across street for humans and pets! May come back because staff was truly nice about my service dog.

Roaches and Smelly”
We switch room our first night because a stranger odor didnt leave the room, the second room we got had roaches the first night we didnt want to switch again (our mistake) we bought roaches spray and asked room service to clean. The roaches didnt leave we saw roaches everywhere every night of our stay even on the bed. We finally decided to switch again, the 3rd room was great clean and didnt smell the bathroom looked old and had stains in the tub. Other than that it was decent. The staff was extremely nice, these two black ladies at the front desk took amazing care of us.. we would've enjoy our stay if the place wasn't invested with roach

The good - the location was close to Busch Gardens, the breakfast at the attached restaurant was good and the two pools were nice. The bad - the check-in process was initially super difficult but the third person I spoke with finally got us checked in. We were on the first floor and our last night there, water was heavily dripping from the bathroom light fixture on the ceiling. When I reported this to the staff, they didn't seem to concerned. The terrible - my water shoes were stolen. I know this for a fact because I never unpacked them at this hotel since I didn't need them for this part of the trip. When we arrived at the next hotel (at the beach), they were not in my suitcase. Yes, I know I packed them and yes, they were in my suitcase when I arrived at this hotel. Never had something stolen from me at any other hotel I've ever stayed at.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds & rooms, however housekeeping definitely needs to step up there game. The toilet was disgusting & there was hair all over toilet & floor which was gross. Friendly staff so other than cleanliness I'd recommend.

room had nats flying everywhere, even in our face while trying to sleep, the rooms are outside, but the listing stated it was a hotel, the carpet was dirty, the curtains was dirty, and inside of the shower the floor is not leveled which means while you’re taking a shower you’re standing in dirty water, we smelled cigarette smoke that came from the cracks under the door because it wasn’t sealed tight and people were smoking all night, we didn’t get any sleep after a long drive from Jacksonville, my wife slept in pants and a long shirt she was disgusted and afraid to sleep!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE

Cons kids found poop in the big pool. Cons only 3 towls in the room with 4 people Cons need better locks on the doors to the rooms and it was like pulling teeth to get the 4th Pro breakfast Pro locked doors all around the pool One of the moring kitchen staff cut in front of me to insure a co-worker got the last of the waffle mix because she was feeling ill.

Awful Staff”
Location was good but staff member at the front was so awful and rude. Terri D. made a mistake while she was explaining the payment and that can happen. But she didn't say sorry at all and kept being very rude. She kept staring at me without smile (actually she looked mad) and her tone of the voice was impolite and rude. It was such a disappointing attitude and sad that this person is representing Quality Inn at the front desk.

We stayed here because it was close to Busch Gardens and we should have driven a little further away. This was not a $99 hotel it was more like a $49 hotel. The room was smelly and very outdated the whole hotel needs a good paint job and cleaning. The breakfast was cold cereal and yogurt and the plastic silverware was in a brown cardboard box. I am sure if you want to visit the parks you can drive a few miles and find a decent hotel.

Front desk service worst ever, customer service don’t give any other option in my case that I been trying to stay a week before and my money was hold by the hotel already so i book for a weekend later; stairway stinks like someone pee and dirt , bathroom shower where dirt and clog. Breakfast was the only thing super good but too much people at the same time that you need to wait for a table. Agoda service great 100 % plus thank to the lady that help me and I don’t loose my money.
