Rudest day shift (Indian) employee”

Needs to learn hospitality. Made me feel as if I was not appreciated. First day when i tried to re-book room I was told I needed to leave room not available. Left and while in the car went back on line and room was available. When I booked and went back in she was surprised to see me. Checked out two days later then found out the family I came to see had Covid so I needed another night, she told me the rate was $15 more, so I went outside and online was able to bpok the rate that I paid the other nights. She was going to let me leave and not capture the revenue. I will never stay again!
