The staff was nice, they’re the only thing that made my stay a little better
The room was a disaster. There was a leak in the bathtub that wouldn’t shut off. All of the lights flickered the entire time the outside with Grammy and trash everywhere.

Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. Good price and easy location for Little Rock AFB. Room had a fridge and microwave.
The cheets and bed covers each had a hole in them. Owners should replace the bed linens. Breakfast options were a bit slim but OK. Didn't choose it for the breakfast.

I liked the gentleman at the front desk with the glasses great customer service.
There was a very rude older women who worked behind the desk very rude and dismissive I would never patronize again also the room was very dirty splattered residue along the wall and the bathroom was filthy very nasty very dusty my allergy's flaired horribly and the air-conditioning had mold found pills that were very suspicious on the floor

False advertising when it comes to the hot breakfast. An Activia yogurt and dry cereal. At least there was coffee. No options for diabetics. Dirty sheets and blankets.

The upstairs guests where making so much noise. I called the front desk and they took care of it right away. I left. Early the next morning, 4am, and the person at the front desk followed up about the noise to make sure it had been taken care of.

There were what looked like white bodily stains on the couch, graffiti on the wall, no elevator for our disabled friend even though he called to confirm an elevator and they put him on the 2nd floor (he's in a wheelchair), hardly any choices for the complimentary breakfast, we called and asked that there was a pool was open, it was closed. Claimed towels were stolen and they weren't ($200 charge) and had to argue to get the money back. Some cards were double charged or charged before we even arrived. So much more happened but I have limited characters. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

We called about the pool and was told it would be open, it was not. Toilets were moving on floor in the rooms. Employees were rude. Employees took money out for things they were not suppose to. Breakfast if that's what you call it was not that good. Rooms were way over priced for the amenities they actually had. TV remotes didn't work, refrigerator leaked and AC didn't work half the time. Hotel need to be more ADA complaint.

The location was great ! Very close to all food, walmart, and our event location.
The place is so dirty, the non smoking facility was in fact a smoking facility. We had smoke literally coming through our walls. We requested a new room, but they were booked so employee offered to air out the room upstairs bc its smoking and probably getting in our room. The room also smelled of bug spray. The toilet in the bathroo.was broken, the microwave was dirty, rhe fridge didn't work, the beds were fulls and not queens like we had reserved. The bed covers were nasty and it was just an all around Uncomfortable stay for us.

Only thing I did like was i wish they would update website on what kind of deluxe room your booking. The room i booked wasn't the room I was expecting like the website had listed. However it was still a nice room.
