Hotel just falling short. There is some long term stayers here. Some outstanding features like lobby and pool and apperance but rooms fall short. I changed room as dirty hole in couch to come to another soilded stained couch and tub needed be repainted. Staff really care though

Room was clean but “old” good to have clean sheets and bed. So so room with powdered eggs for breakfast. No OJ in Florida????

The guy by the reception gave me bad service he was not willing to arrange a taxi for me the next morning thanks to the bell man who heard me telling my issue he gave me tell no of a taxi company I could reach the airport the next morning was on December 18 in the night hours this guy must be fired immediately!!!

The room was smoke free but when we walked in smelled just like cigarettes. We needed ice there was none in the machine . Also snack machine was empty . I would not recommend this place at all. Our experienced was horrible and too much noise at night time .! Never again I will stay in this particular place

No respect for clients”
The hotel discontinued the shuttle service without previous notice to those who made reservations asking for an airport transfer. I had to make reservations in another hotel, with a safe transportation, and Quality Inn refused to refund me.

The airport transfer service was bad. First of all, I wrote to the hotel at the e-mail address provided by Agoda for enquiring for booking of airport transfer but the hotel did not reply. Then I phoned the hotel when I arrived at the Orlando Airport as advised by Agoda, the receptionist of the hotel told me that the transport van would arrive in 15-20 minutes. However, it did not come after 30 minutes. Then I called the hotel again and she then replied me it was coming. However, the van arrived after another 30 minutes, i.e., I waited at the Airport for one hour after I had called the hotel. Perhaps it was due to the fact that the hotel transfer ran at hourly intervals. It might perhaps been proved by its "out-bound" air transport service as when we tried to book an 07:30 departure, the receptionist told us that the service was provided at an hourly basis. Therefore, we had no choice but take the 08:00 one. Besides, I was allocated a room at 1/F but there was no elevator. One will have a big problem if the luggage is heavy. Nevertheless, the room was clean and big. Besides, there was a air-conditioner ( cold and hot type ) inside the room.

Only stayed here between flights to get sleep. Biggest issue with location, and that we arrived at 1130pm, was lack of food/delay for delivery and only pizza was available. DON'T CAB FROM THE AIRPORT! Cab cost $22, Uber the next morning cost $9 or use the hotel courtesy bus if the times suit.

The inn is strategically located close to the airport. The receptionist was hospitable and gracious. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities and large bed. The bus shuttle was prompt and efficient.
