The location is definitely worth it, walkable to stores/bars/restaurants, and way cheaper compared to other downtown stays. Nothing fancy, but really only need a place to sleep while in Palm Springs.

Great value for money, pleasant motel to stay at!”

Very friendly welcome from front desk staff late in the evening after long car trip - had been waiting for us. Nice room, nice furniture. I didn’t realise there was a pool which was a bonus. Very close walking distance to all the bars and shops. Ample free parking, laundry room, nice free breakfast - just a nice laid-back place to stay. We enjoyed this place and would stay again - excellent value for money.

Very good”

Very noisy if you stay in the rooms near the entrance. 6 am had to be up because of all the noise. You can hear everything they do In the room next to you. Breakfast is ok, in line with hotel Price. Staff was super nice. I wouldnt stay here again.

good location and amenities ”

Close to many good and fine food locations. Walking is ok but car is better. The Zin Bistro is 5 blocks away and is Great. Our visit was on a very rainy day. The lot drainage is not great but we didn't get vary wet. The beds were firm and the pillows plenty. The breakfast was nice and well supplied. Because of the weather we did not use the pool and hot tub. We hope to be there again in better weather so that we can use those.

Great location good for a short stay”

We stayed here for 3 nights on our way back Los Angeles. The location is great and staff friendly, although the facility is run down and lacking some nicer touches. Breakfast is a bit of a hectic environment but it was free so cant complain too much I guess. Good for a short stay in my opinion.

Stay disrupted at first by no hot water, and shamefully unprofessional management and staff response”

See above. A small market hotel in the midst of 3 conventions should be better staffed and managed than this one. Infrastructure problems aside (like no hot water first 3 days and no maintenance remedy) and weak nonchalant response from management (in turn via staff) proved unprofessional to guests. Expect more, should come from top, manager (Lauren) directly.
