Not a bad hotel, if they put money into it it would be a 4.5 hotel. Staff was very accommodating but it was disheartening having them check your room to see if it was clean enough to give back your deposit. The breakfast was nice.they really need to work on cleanliness and tossing damage equipment away or repurpose them. I sat in a chair that should’ve been tossed a long time ago

I didn't know what to expect, only got there at midnight. But found a nice clean room, spacious, hot shower, comfortable bed... That's all I needed. I didn't care for room fridge, in fact I umpluged it to cut that small noise. Other thing, I slept and fell getting out of the bath tub. My bad, but it would help if it had some slip preventing pads. So all good, got me a free coffee in the morning (did not care for the frozen burrito), only thing it took for ever to check out. Even checking in took long time, I thought. Even wanted to know what car we drive... Whatever. But again, I slept well, quiet and pleasant room. Chose this because was a lower price when I looked. But, yes, I would go again.

The staff is unfriendly and bad mouths guests in front of other guests! Caught male staff member peeking in my window numerous and manager lied when told. Tons of bugs and spiders! Staff enters room and messes with belongings without permission. Kept deposit for no reason. Overall worst experience I ever had anywhere. I'll never go back and tell others don't go there

The staff is rude and bad mouths guests in front of other guests. There was an employee peeking in my window caught multiple times snd the manager lied when brought to her attention about it. The housekeeping came in my room on numerous occasions without permission and when management was notified she said I didnt have do not disturb posted they are allowed to go in anytime although i did have it posted and stated i didnt want them in my room. I was walked in miltiple times by staff using my restroom and showering in my room. They kept my deposit upon check out staying my matress was wet and stained even though it wasn't the sheet had gotten a small amount of food that could be washed was the only thing wrong with it. The wet spot on the bed was a small amoount of water that wasn't even there til housekeeping entered my room without my permission. Then tried to add another $50 to that the $100 they took. There are tons of bugs!!! Gnats, big spiders were everywhere found in mine and my kids clean clothing even, some big black bug I've never seen was in my bathroom 3x as well these little brown bugs too. Even in the second room we booked with mine we had issues. When asked for joined room claimed it was rented however the room was empty. Overall my stay was probably the worst I have ever experienced. We stayed with 2 rooms almost 2 weeks only because we couldn't get refunded even after all the issues and staff making us uncomfortable.

Bath tub didnt drain and needed a good scrubbing, walls dirty and just grimy starting with the entrance to the hallway to get to your room. Wont come back.

The staff was rude, the room was dirty, indoor pool closed even though it was advertised online as open, the hallways were noisy all night so we got very little sleep. Only one towel and washcloth per person per day. We reserved the room for 10 days, but we checked out after only 2 days because of the terrible conditions and not being able to sleep due to the noise. I was told we would be charged for 3 days due to reserving room online through a third party service. I would never recommend anyone stay at this motel.

Terrible experience with my children after checking in went to room that had not been serviced moved 2 more times until was in a room that was clean room did not have washcloths and when I brought my concerns of my experience to the front desk staff as well as management they did nothing but say I should have asked for a refund the first night and went somewhere else would never stay here again very dirty hotel and staff is rude and unprofessional.

I wanted: 2 beds, wifi, and a pool, in that order. We had 2 beds and they were comfortable, wifi did not reach the rooms (lobby only), and the pool was scummy with hair balls around the edges. The rooms were shabby needing paint, grout, and carpet. Our toilet seat was broken which makes me question if the toilet was cleaned after the last guest. The ice machine was broken on the first floor. AC kept the room cool, but we had to max it out to be comfortable. The shower/tub was clean, the water was hot, no problems there. Except for the 2nd day sausage being a little under-cooked, the breakfast was great! They had apples, oranges, pastries, bagels, 2 cereals, eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, juices and milk. Cereals were Cap'N Crunch with crunch berries and an unsweetened corn flakes (special K?).
