incompetent staff”

Worse hotel I have stayed at, and i have stayed at a few doozies in my day. Rooms were smelly, carpet was grimy, staff couldn't even find towels. Pool was shut down by health department. The staff three other staff under bus. Awful hotel

Scary Bathroom ”

The bathroom was very beat up. Lime scale on tub fixtures, cracked floor tiles, nicks running the length of the vanity, loose toilet, and a bit concerning that the bathroom door had been busted. There was a fist sized indentation through one side.

Fridge not working, alarm clock not on, no phone in the room, hair on bed, cheese stain on the bed sheet. I told the front desk that our fridge not working and alarm is off, but he told me he still talking at a live chat, so we went out for 4hrs, when we came back it still not been replaced. Poor customer service
