Management and staffe, location, breakfast
I stayed here for only 1 night however if this hotel operates year around with same professionalism and excellent customer service then it deserves the highest rating available. I had an issue with the internet in my room (my computer was at fault not their internet) , the ASSISTANT MANAGER herself came down and helped me fix in in a matter of minutes. I needed directions for getting around town the lady at the desk was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, the room I stayed in was immaculate and well maintained, the included breakfast was very good as well. I have stayed at so called "luxury hotels where the overall experience wasn't anywhere near as nice as my stay at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a reasonably priced, clean, efficiently run hotel! Stay here you will not be disappointed..

Needed a pet friendly hotel but not a neglected on”
Close to my family, had a pet friendly room and can't come up with a third except perhaps wifi
Our room was a pet friendly on the 3rd floor. It was a king suite but carpet had holes in it at the seams. We had a king and sofa sleeper, there were 2 adults and 16 yr old girl. 2 bath towels. No extra pillows for the sofa sleeper. Thank goodness I travel with my own pillow so I gave our granddaughter one of my pillows. The breakfast was me core by a stretch. Glad we gad military discount because if I had to have paid full price I would have been extremely disappointed. The lobby was clean. Halls were clean and our room was clean but so neglected, also the plastic in the light shades were broken and had scorch marks on it. Not all pet owners have dogs who our abusive to their environment. I think we deserved a more updated room. Also when a pet wants out waiting for an elevator AFter walking down more than half the hall is pushing it.
