Place to rest my head”
A few people hanging outside late at night while I was trying to sleep but that’s alright it’s a hotel . My first room smelled like clothes left in the washer on a hot summer day and the door had a dent in it near the handle so it wouldn’t lock for me. I did switch rooms because of the locking issues and the staff took care of me no questions asked. I also went down one morning to get just face towels and the man was already debating with someone about what room he’s in and that his name isn’t on the room and that there were no bath towels. I asked for face towels and I got something bigger but they served the purpose needed...I’m just glad I had somewhere to stay while in flagstaff. The woman who helped me check in and out was very kind and she was knowledgeable about different sites

Fine for the price”
Almost everything about our stay was comfortable and functional. We did, however, have a few issues regarding a few of the appliances that weren’t plugged in correctly when we arrived. The fridge, television, and desk lamp were all unplugged, and the TV itself was in severe disarray. We had to reconfigure all of the plugs so everything got power (there was a single power strip that also was not plugged in for some reason). Once we plugged the feasible appliances into the power strip and the power strip itself into the wall (instead of in the desk lamp’s outlet like it had been plugged into before), the fridge, desk lamp, and TV all received the appropriate amount of power. However, after plugging the TV back in, we found that the remote control didn’t really do anything except turn it on and off, and that the HDMI cable that connected the TV to the channel box, which had a coaxial cable screwed into it from the wall fitting, was completely unplugged from the only conceivable HDMI port in the back of the TV, which was mounted flat against the wall. We were able to reconnect the HDMI cable but still got no content on any of the channels, and we also found that the TV itself had a large amount of dead pixels across the bottom of the screen. We made do by plugging our laptop in with the HDMI, but I have no idea what happened with that whole situation prior to us entering the room for the first time. If the motel could just make sure that their appliances are consistently checked before and after their guests arrive, then future guests would not have to deal with these kinds of annoyances, as well as properly take advantage of all of the features the motel provides its guests.

The motel was satisfactory. We did not get to the motel until after midnight. Since we got up at 9AM we missed breakfast. When they say breakfast is until 9AM they mean it.

Extra charged added without info”
We check out and had prepaid in Agoda. The woman says all clear you are good to go. Then after we leave we are are charged 3.50 USD even though I was told nothing. All taxes and fees were collected by Agoda so there should have been no added charge. Especially not when the staff says all is paid and present us with no added info about an extra charge. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay except the room door har no rubber to prevent the ice cold winds from outside to enter the room.

There was no mini fridge in our room & when we inquired, we were advised they didn't have one to give us. The ceiling was collapsing & the wall paper was peeling off the walls.

suite au coronvirus les petits dejeuner ont été supprimés (ce qui est normal) par contre les frais de gestion ou d établissement ont été ajoutés ce qui est scandaleux !!!!!! autrement chambre tres confortable . Aucun autre hotel n a facture ces frais supplementaires déjà compris lors des réservations !!
