First time at this place”
The bathroom in the room was clean and modern looking. It looks like the picture. So, I am happy about that. The bed is very comfortable. I wish the carpet was cleaner and I with the pool look up to par like in the picture.
Great stop for those going to Hoover Dam”
Well outside of Las Vegas, this hotel and its spacious rooms would be a good place to stay for travelers going to the Hoover Dam. The staff was very perfunctory, but definitely adequate, and the hotel's wifi worked well in the rooms. The shower was standard size and had hot water, and the bathroom was big enough for multiple family members to use at the same time. There's a gas station nearby, but otherwise there isn't much traffic, so it's in a quiet location, and the view from the road down to the lakes is really pretty. I would stay here again, 9.5/10.

Price is a little high for Vegas area but it was a lot quieter than Vegas. It was quiet and clean.bathroom was a little small. Door would hit the bathtub when you opened it. A little rough for handicapped.

Very convenient location for Boulder City Marina and Lake Mead entrance. Con; would be the distance to LV Strip and City, should you need to go there!

i stayed there for a night solely to attend a friend's wedding near the hotel, and that's all. staffs there were friendly and professional, but the property is far from both the airport and strip and old. i would not recommend unless you have a specific plan in boulder city such as playing golf or going to the dam/mountain area.
Good value and nice location”
The hotel is clean, nicely located and offers an excellent value. Breakfast is included. The location is calm but close to Hover Dam and Lake Mead. Definitely a good choice!

Wir waren angenehm überrascht: schöner Pool, kleiner Balkon am Zimmer, sehr gutes Fühstück für amerikanische Verhältnissse. Wanderweg geht direkt am Hotel vorbei. Zudem hat Boulder City eine sehr schöne Downtown, die man sich unbedingt ansehen sollte.
