The room was top notch! Comfy bed and the best shower I've had in Vietnam! Location was close to everything and the view was the best we have had yet! Staff were very friendly and it was well priced for the value of the room.

I stayed on one of the upper floors and the view of the bay was just spectacular and the balcony very nice! Very nice and welcoming staff, the room was fine as well.

Nice clean hotel with a magnificent view”
The view from our sea view balcony was breathtaking the hotel staff were wonderful the hotel is kept immaculate. The only downside is the breakfast was dreadful coffee was cold and wasn’t rectified when told about it and fridge in room didn’t work apart from that was great. I would stay again just eat breakfast elsewhere.

Located close to the end of the main strip, we had a seaview twin room. It had 2 queen beds with a good size bathroom and great sea views. Breakfast was adequate, with eggs cooked to your liking, with many restaurants close by.

Great hotel, extremely friendly staff ”
Everything was pretty much perfect minus a few things, the location is a little far down the road (but still a very good location), hot water didn't work the first night (staff quickly fixed it) and our room was a little unclean the first night. The price point is also much higher than other places in cat ba, but everything else is very very good, staff were extraordinarily friendly.

The rooms were big and clean. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Oasis 2, the restaurant next door is cheap and offer cheaper laundry service than the hotel by more than half. The booking agency at Oasis 2 is extremely helpful with staff than speaks really good english. The hotel is on the main strip and has a great view. Its just on the outskirts so its a quiet spot and everything is within walking distance.

Separated shower, so no water all over the floor. Otherwise, standard like any other 10€ hotel around the area. Beds were comfy too, breakfast was not the best.

Dirty Rooms”
The first room had hair, old lenses, dust and dirty sheets on the bed. After claiming we could change the room. Next problem: the sewer was leaking and flooded our toilet, again some hairs and dust.

Adequate”
While the property is relatively clean, it leaves much to be desired. The lobby and common areas are void of character, as are the rooms. The room was noisy and carried sounds from the outside. We were bothered by the sound of the water pump, sidewalk work across the street, and rowdy guests. Construction is cheap. While the hotel is in good condition now, it will deteriorate rapidly. I would not stay here again.

Nice hotel, if they fire the manager”
The hotel is relatively new. The room was really large, actually the largest room of the last 4 hotels. The furniture looked good and stable. The bed was not soft, but reasonable. We slept well. The style, you can see it on the pictures. A bit Chinese, a bit minimalistic. But not made with love or passion. The room was clean. The bathroom was not. There were no leftovers from previous guests, so we didn't care to much. But lime from the water was everywhere. We also have water with lots of minerals at home. Proper cleaning is not magic. As already mentioned, the reception is not very helpful. Knowledge of English is very limited. But that would not be too much issue if they just would show some effort. No, from 18 h onwards the receptionist is laying on a couch in the lobby, watching phone and not greeting at all. Breakfast is limited, but spread over 20 meter of buffet. That can be done nicer, as well. Nobody seems to take care of the hotel. If the owner reads that; please put a c
