Everything is exceptional in this hotel. Only stuff in non english speaking but it was not a problem for me

Cleanliness issues”
I stayed in a suite with two bedrooms with my parents. Overall, the room was big and comfortable. However, the room has a very strong cigarette smoke smell even though i requested for a non smoking room. Moreover, the fridge was faulty with a foul smell. Even though there was a no smoking sign at the lift lobby, many locals went ahead with smoking at the lift lobby and even in the lift itself. In addition, every morning, advertisements on special "24 hour service" cards with sleazy looking photos will be slot under my room doorstep. I find this very disturbing. Breakfast was disappointing too.

Basic amenities were not there. Even no bread butter was there in break fast. Nobody knows english, unable to communicate with them. They refused the credit card ,they want cash deposit. Fridge was locked inside, no rubber mat in bathroom. They were not bouthered about guest even they were laughing while talking to them. It was too embrassing. Its waste.

Not suitable for Western travellers”
Room comfort, room cleanliness
Physically, this is a good, five-star, hotel. But you MUST be able to speak and read Mandarin and you must want to eat only Chinese food. The staff (including reception) cannot speak any English. The TV has NO English channel - not even CCTV English (though they do have CCTV Francais and Espanol). Also note that they do not accept Amex or (non-Chinese) Visa cards.

Very clean.. location is very closed to the airport
I liked it .. very clean .. new .. big rooms .. value for money .. just the staff don't speak English. . But i managed. . Breakfast is all chinese food ..

Very elegant, ckeap price, 5 star in most parts
Good, staff not speak English, restaurant is weird. Still looks and feels 5 star, but price is really cheap.
