Sent to wrong building ”

We booked this quite in advance, and they didn’t update us with the address change. Also did not honour the same room type. Overall disappointing, and customer service was terrible.

We love it here! I dont know why we didnt stay the second time. We love that the TV has netflix and youtube so we just chilled and enjoyed laughing and partying with the people on the next building, lol. Yes they were in the roof top which was very visible from our living room windows which doubled as a terrace. We love the space on both rooms and that both rooms have tubs. It could have been a perfect 5 if it werent for the boiler that got broke and was not cooperating for people who wants to shower on a cold night. Also, I left my phone charger in the room, phoned them about it, they said theyd gonna ring me back, got no phone calls up until I rang back and they said the cleaner was isolating and they cant reach her. So, I guess goodbye to my charger then.

Acceptable”

It's the unhappy experience which happened in Oxid House on 19th May. Before we checked out, we left the KEYS and FOB on the dining table and closed the door, as we followed the request from Oxid. When we left the hotel, it's around 10:45am. After 3 hours (14:23), the colleague texted us that the cooker's smashed and they will charge us the deposit £200 to fix it. However, before we left the room, we cleaned all the kitchenate stuffs including the cooker and all of us clearly know that the cooker's not smashed! Also, the crack of the cooker is seems to be hit by hard objects deliberately. Moreover, we are suspicious of the check-out process. Why they request us to leave the KEYS on the dining table and let the door to be UNLOCKED? It's possible to someone else access the room after we leave! It made us feel angry and all of us think that it seems to be a FRAUD! Furthermore, we also report the case to police and the bank even though we are not sure the deposit could be get back or not.
