The staff were really nice at this hotel helped me with booking tours and giving me help. However I did book a beach view hotel room and I ended up getting no beach view no window either! But the room was nice, the price was very cheap! Location was good too so close to the beach!

perfect place, early risers”
The hotel was great was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We booked tickets for he sleeper bus from here and they really helped us even with our bags to the main road where the bus collected us. The only thing that annoyed us was the cleaners start there work very early and they are not quite when they are outside your room and the noise just echos through the corridor. It wasn't just te cleaners there was a lot of guests leaving early who would a full conversation in the corridor while your trying to sleep. The other thing they need here is a safe in the rooms. We had to carry our valuables with us most of the time which isn't something we wanted to do as we were robbed in the previous city. All in all i would definitely recommend the hotel to other backpackers that are travelling in groups or as a couple. Definitely cheap enough.

Good value for money”
Stayed in a double bed standard room. The location is a little bit out of town if you're looking for cheap places to eat, but close to the beach. The room was clean and has everything you need. The 2 men when we checked in were not helpful, gave us the wrong keys, the air condition did not work later realising they had not turned on the aircon switch for the room in reception, which they turned off again after a couple of hours. The lady on the other hand was very helpful and pilot with all our questions. She helped us book our next bus and let us have a shower after check out before we embarked our night bus. Overall recommend to stay.

Nha trang is very commercialised and caters mostly to russians... If you are russian, go for it... if not go somewhere else..

Worst customer service. Unwilling to help customers ”
I arrived in Nha Trang with my friends (group of 4 total, including me) early in the morning off of a night bus. We requested an early check in, but did not honor it. They said all of the rooms were booked. At that point I went to use the restroom and my friend's went upstairs to look for another, and surprisingly there was a wide open room. We asked for that room then, and they led us around the corner to a different hotel, one which I did not intend/pay for. We asked for the empty room again and they said no. We came back at 11 and they finally gave us the empty room. The tub was unbalanced causing water to splash everywhere, and the water was not warm. The windows would not close and the balcony was always cracked. The man during the night time and morning is the worst! He would not give us extra towels (group of 4 and we were only given 2) another employee had to sneak up the towels for us. Anytime we asked for anything, the man was extremely unhelpful and rude to us. We booked 3 tickets to Hoi An as well, and requested 3 top seats. It was through Hanh Cafe (beware!), and it was the worst experience ever. We were never assigned seats from the hotel, and as soon as we got on the bus they tried to change our seats to the bottom. They then turned off the bus and threatened to take our luggage out and kick us out. The hotel was nothing but a disaster!

Booked for Queen Hotel but was taken to Queen 1 hotel which was older from appearance. Not so friendly night staff, maybe different in the day.

Great value for money. 1 block from beach”
We had a huge room with a balcony. Very clean. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Right near several fruit stalls and stores which we loved. Friendly helpful staff.

Home away from Home”
I stayed there with my wife for a week in March (2015). It was great...cool evening breezes from the beach. It is down a small street which is part of its charm. One cannot hear any traffic. It will start up again around 7 in the morning. I don't take any notice of it.

One of the cheapest places - in all senses...”
Not the best place to stay but I don't think I can complain too much, as this was one of the cheapest hotels in Nha Trang. We stayed one night and the room was... Iffy? It smelled of humidity, window couldn't close completely, room wasn't the cleanest. Overall it was bearable, but we switched the hotel the following day.

A real pain”
If you don't mind intermittent WIFI, every 10 minutes it drops you, So forget about doing business. Restaurants and shopping are close, with elevated pricing of course. Go to small side street shops and pay less for everything The beach is close if you want to pay to sit and enjoy a sunset or just relax for a few minutes. Traffic is terrible and noisy and sidewalks crowded. I guess for a tourist location that's normal. Suit yourself, if you want that type of thing.

Be prepared for cold showers”
Small pokey and old room! Shower gave out cold water and the maintenence guy seems reluctant or incapable of fixing it (we stayed 6 nights) when "fixed" all we got was luke warm water at best! I'd avoid anything with queen hotel on it as they run 9 of them in Nha Trang, all numbered!
