Amazing location! Value for money!”
Hotel has perfect location. 1 minute walk to Waikiki beach. Located near to all main attractions of Waikiki area. There’s ABC store where you can buy all necessities from food and drinks to some clothing, cosmetics or souvenirs (there’s are ABC stores almost on every corner. We loved Lulu’s Restaurnat where you can try both local food as well as burgers, steaks etc. I highly recommend trying their Mai Tai cocktail! Hotel is located on estern end of Waikiki beach what makes it great start if you’re planning on using car to travel around the island. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again! There’s a valet parking at the hotel. It cost 30$ a day and you are charged daily. There’s a public parking across the street at the zoo but it’s not allowed to park there overnight. You can find more parking garages in the area but prices are similar and I don’t think that it’s worth losing time doing this. The only things I was mis

Good for short stay”
They are re-modelling and should be up and about by mid-2018. Presently, if u are around during the day time, there is some drilling sounds which can be unpleasant. But the location is good, at the far end of Waikiki, nearer to the zoo. Views of Diamond head are pretty awesome too. I got a great room with a 180 degrees view - Room 1601.

Good short stay”
Close to Waikiki (and Kuhio) beach. Easy route to Diamond Head, great start for your hike up. Hotel is under refurbishment now and if u are in the room during the day, it might not be pleasant with all that drilling and knocking. Overall, a good stay and the lady who checked us in on 2 Dec was friendly unlike the male when we checked in on the 30th Nov - way not suitable for Front desk duties.

GOOD HOTEL”
Location is very good. Near Waikiki Beach. Staff most are kind. Bellman is friendly, the man who work at about 9:00 pm(3/15 16) the tallest one is the best bellman. The Hotel is renovation, a little disappointed, but they offer Lulu,s Waikiki coupon. It,s great. We also can use the Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach swim pool. But the Hyatt hotel staff is not good. They only use the room key help us to go to 3rd floor. They don,t give us key to enter the pool. Thanks the door enter the pool is small , you can reach your hand to another side to open it. If you want to drink water, you can go to 4th floor Room 407 or 406(I forgot it.) Secret room. If you don,t asking staff, they won,t tell you. If you want to stay long time, this hotel would be a best choice , because staff kind/price cheap/room clean(But room is a little dark)

Terrible stay”
I arrived to find the hotel in darkness with scaffolding around. I eventually found an entrance up the parking ramp at the back. The hotel is being rebuilt. Hammer drilling began at 7-30 am. The room and bathrooms are ancient and everything is worn and chipped. The curtains would not close and the toilet blocked and overflowed on the first morning, was cleared that day and did the same thing the next morning when I demanded another room which was in a similar condition and I had to stand on a chair to close the curtains and when you opened the balcony door it dropped 1/2 inch and wouldn't close. All in All and awful experience - it ruined what should have been a delightful break enroute to a busy schedule in Sydney! Had it been a £50 deal I might have accepted it but at £140 a night I would expect some compensation as you charged my card before I arrived I had no recourse to demand from the hotel. I've aways been happy with Agoda - I hope to hear from you regarding some recompenc

The hotel is fine; good location, clean and nice service. Location is really nice! It is a bit old, but it did not bother us thst much. Only thing is that we had to pay a hospitallity fee of 15 dollar a night. This was not mentioned anywhere.

The location is fantastic! The staff is great! The only thing that I would like to see is cleaner windows. Of course as an older hotel that needs updating, the jealousies and popcorn ceiling would need to go but the price was right and we were happy overall

Good Location and More”
Wanted to stay on the other end of the strip. Love the location. Great view of Diamondhead and was fun to hear the zoo animals in the mornng. A little noisy at night from street traffic but if you are a city dweller, it won't bother you at all. They are renovating so I'd love to see what they do. Our room was clean but dated. Comfortable bed and a nice lanai. Pretty sure our room and the room next to it used to be a two room condo. Pool was fine. Plenty of chairs to laze about in. Close to the beach as well. Good basic hotel with nice staff. Looking forward to seeing what they do to renovate it.

Not as nice as I was expecting ”
I was very disappointed when I arrived and was not able to check in because the last tenants had not yet left the room. When reserving the room it asked what time I would be checking in to the room and I choose 8-9 am because that is when I arrived but I had to wait 6 hours to check in. I was also very disappointed to find that there was no parking lot for this hotel. Overall the hotel was not bad but it was not as fancy as I expected it to be (from the photos shown).

Aloha, Thank you for your feedback. I was disappointed to read that you did not have a pleasant check-in experience and can assure you I will be personally investigating the matter. I know our front office team will do everything in their power to check our guests in as soon as possible however, on the occasion our guests may arrive earlier than check in time ( 3PM) it may require a few phone calls to our housekeeping team to clean the room. Valet parking is available on property for all our guest. As we are undergoing an enhancement project to better our hotel, we hope you will visit us again once renovations are competed!

Our second stay at this hotel. We had 10 nights there. Staff are great and trustworthy. Hotel parking expensive. Food as good as any of the many restaurants in the area and about the same price. The room had a city view and it was nice at night to sit on the balcony with all the city lights on to enjoy a relaxing drink. Did not spend a lot of time in the hotel during the day as we were off and about. The 2 days spend at the pool were great, plenty of towels available,(to take to the beach also). Pool clean and the staff were friendly and great to have a talk with. Nice view to Diamond head. Would we stay there again. Yes!
