In The Action”
Right in the action of Soi 6 if Soi 6 is your kind of action then the noise from the street until 2am won't bother you! That would be the only thing I would say is bad if you can't handle noise until 2am. Me I am in the action until 2am so it did not bother me. Staff was wonderful and food in restraunt was awesome.

Location, Location, Location”
The Hotel is located smack on Soi 6. Hostess bars abound on this street, a majority of them by the Night Wish Group who have developed a knack and expertise in managing this niche. The ground floor is one of the best English restaurants in the city, with stouts (Guinness) and cider on tap. The Sundar carvery is a great value and will probably put you into a comatose state for the rest of the day. The second and third floors host the rooms, some of which have windows into the Soi 6, you can gorge upon the hostesses in the bars and various hustles on the street. Some of the noisy music may waft into the rooms and disturb your sleep, but who comes to this soi to sleep anyways. If you want some quiet, do feel free to ask the friendly staff on checking in or before. The beach and the beach road is just a few clicks away towards the west and a family mart is very close by. The Central Festival Mall is a few streets away (walkable), Terminal 21 Mall is a very brief ride (walkable too).

Soi 6 May not suit everyone as it’s in a busy st ideal if you like to people watch from your room if you face soi6 Yes there is a noisy st below but to be honest once the double glazed doors were closed I did not hear much food and staff were 5* only down side was coming back as the venues bar closed early and entry is st the rear via the fire escape. No ideal Good location goid value great staff good food the Benefits outweigh the negative

Great hotel for soi 6”
Great price for the hotel and I really liked the restaurant. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was big too and had plenty of hot water. My window had a view of the street and some night life. After hours the main entrance is closed and you let yourself in with a key in the back entrance. There is night security to help if you have a problem getting in.

I would like to say that my stay at the Queen victoria inn was very good value for money close to beach and local transport,very easy to get around, Staff in queen Vic were fantastic,nothing was a problem,had good time here made to feel very welcome, The food available was of a good standard,Sunday lunch carvery was best I have had in thailand,food great value for your money. Would stay again.

Good but limited...”
Pros: Great food in the restaurant. Great location if you are on a party holiday and are staying up all night anyways. Bed was very comfortable. English channels on the TV. Cons: The inside stairs are very steep, almost a ladder. After 10pm you can only get into your room by climbing a rather convuluted fire escape. In either case, I wouldn't be comfortable getting up and down either if I was inebriated. Also, the shower was very slow and not very hot.
