The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Anti-social behaviour and intoxicated guests will not be tolerated. Visitors are strictly not permitted. All guests must be 24 years of age or older (excluding families). Please note that early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 12:00 is possible for an additional GBP 20.00, subject to availability and by prior arrangement only. A late check-in fee of GBP 30 will apply from 20:00 to 23:00. After 23:00, an additional fee of GBP 15 will apply until 12:00, when late check-in closes. Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee of GBP 150 will be charged to guests who smoke in the property. Guests are permitted to smoke outside the building only. Please dispose of cigarette ends.
