Fabulous hotel with excellent location close to metro, very helpful, friendly and professional staff asked to move rooms on arrival as wanted to be on a higher floor, a room was unavailable on the first night but immediately changed the following day. Breakfast was plentiful only downside the breakfast room is to small to cater for the size of the hotel, so just had out breakfast in the room or went down early. Highly recommend this hotel for the cost and location.

The beautiful final for our 3 - months trip in America ”
We really enjoyed our staying here. We had to prepare our leaving America. We also needed to relax after 3-months trip here, in America. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies made their work responsibly, many thanks to them. The places were clean, indeed! And the bed was very comfortable, even better than we have in our home. Many thanks also to Samir, who always was present in the reception. He is very helpful and flexible and gets our ten points! Maybe one little drop of tar into the big honey pot, too: the breakfast room was a bit congestioned. The lady who had to serve, was very busy, and so some foods tended to be eaten up. Something also happened to the quality of breakfast : the first days the bacon or sausages were offered, but later they disappeared. But despite of missing of bacon, the breakfast still was great! Thanks to all for everything!

VERY CONVENIENT!”
This inn is like 30 minutes away from all the tourist spots in NYC! The subways are only a walking distance away. There are stores all over the place and restaurants, too. Only downside would be is that even though we put up a "don't disturb sign" on our door. The staff still clean the room and left the door unlock one time. Other than that, it is worth the price.

I have read some of the negative reviews and feel that they are unfair. Yes, one of the windows is broken at the entrance of the hotel and there is a smell of pot lurking around the hotel and the noise factor with residents in the rooms next door and the cleaners in the morning, however, the rooms were very comfortable. Coffee facilities, microwave and toiletries. Lovely breakfast and hotel was situated in the perfect location. My sister and Brother-in-Law stayed in the hotel a block away from us, they paid double what we paid. They did not have breakfast included and they complained of noise in their hotel. They staff - they were fine. Ok, we weren’t welcomed with a big smile when we arrived and on our first morning there were no tables free for us to eat breakfast . The old lady who was refilling the breakfast items was not interested when I brought this to her attention, so we took our breakfast to our room and ate it there every morning throughout our stay.

Very good value for money”
The location was fantastic, very close to subway and Manhattan. The room was basic, but convenient, clean and spacious - nothing was missing and it included a fridge and a microwave. The breakfasts were okay-ish, the choice was limited and on some mornings there wasn't enough space and food to accommodate all guests at times, which was the biggest minus of our stay. All in all, the price is very very good for what you get - a very decent hotel.

Great value hotel and still somewhat new with soft bed and clean sheets and towels. Basic breakfast of cereal coffee tea juice bagels doughnuts bread eggs etc..but its a buffet and not continental..which is better! 10mins walk from Queens Plaza Station coming from Jamaica/Airport via E-Train, 5mins walk to Queensboro Station to Manhattan via 7-Train.
