I was pleasantly surprised to find a value-priced hotel (with FREE parking!) in Queens with such big, nicely decorated rooms and clean public areas. I was glad I stayed on the 2nd floor (3rd or 4th would have been even better) rather than lower ones. My only complaints are minor, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
