Excellent: Property, Staff, Amenities, Location”
The location is perfect close to town and the gondola but an oasis from the crowds. I walked into my room and was so delighted I took a video. The view of the park is beautiful. The soaking tub was delightful. The amenities are great including the fudge. The staff is excellent, kind and friendly. The breakfast each morning was yummy - both continental and hot options were plentiful. The evening hosted wine time with canape's was lovely - I enjoyed chatting with the guests and staff. I loved my stay!

Beautiful Hotel in a Beautiful Location”
We travelled from Sydney to Queenstown as part of my week long celebration of my Birthday. The staff were fantastic. There was a welcome Basket of goodies on our arrival which was a lovely gesture. The room was very luxurious and I even made sure I used the bath. The location is a short stroll to the main centre of town where we spent most of our time shopping and going on day trips. This Hotel is perfect for a special getaway and we were sorry to leave but will definately return.

Wonderful Hotel in Queenstown”
We loved our stay at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel. The location was great. Just a short, flat walk into town. Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast and wine hour were also great. The absolute best part is the staff. They could not have been more welcoming or helpful with everything we needed. I highly recommend the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel.

Lovely Hotel. Lovely Staff”
It's a nice hotel and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are nicely designed although starting to show signs of age. The drinks and canapes at 6pm was nice to meet other people for a drink and chat and the breakfast was very nice!

Enjoyed my stay here”
Location is good. Just a few minutes walk from the city centre, so it's not crowded but convenient. Hotel and room decorations are nice. There's happy hour daily from 6-7pm where you can enjoy snacks and drinks including wine and beer. The only drawbacks we faced were the noise of the traffic in the early morning as our room is facing the road, and the shower was a bit weak.

Nice hotel”
Nicely furnished but the reception desk was smaller than expected and only one receptionist was there which meant that we had to wait for our check-in. The couple before us was asking the receptionist a lot of questions! Breakfast was excellent and was catered for us. And the afternoon wine and canapes were a really nice treat. The building looked quite small when we went there and I kind of wished I had chosen Novotel over this hotel due to the grandness of Novotel for my partner's milestone birthday.

Very nice boutique hotel”
Warm welcome from attentive staff, free happy hour pre dinner with canapés was very nice. Lovely room within nice facilities and spotless. On the very pricey side but Queenstown itself is expensive.

Great Boutique hotel in a great location”
fanastic boutique hotel in queenstown. great hotel and one of the best hotels of our trip around the south island. the hosts are very knowledgable and make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. lovely rooms and loved the finishing touches, fudge on arrival and the canape drinks (which we were unfortunately unable to make). also good advice on resturants. would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in queenstown.

Modern and stylish hotel with helpful staff”
One of the best hotels we stayed in our 2-week trip to New Zealand. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of good advice on planning our days while we were in Queenstown and the Milford Sound area. Parking in downtown Queenstown can be a hassel; luckily this hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the town center. Hotel also provides free internet service in all guest rooms. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Excellent - First class”
Staying at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel was great. The staff are excellent - attentive, knowledgable of the surroundings and activities and ready, willing and happy to help with any questions. Canope hour was a highlight of each day there and not to be missed.

Great staff, just wait for the renovations to be completed before you book.”
We booked this hotel back in May with the understanding most of the renovations would be completed by mid August when we stayed. Unfortunately they were so far behind schedule the entire building was covered in scaffold. This was disappointing as my now wife and I were eloping in Queenstown and we chose to stay here for our wedding night. Inside the room was luxurious but couldn't use the balcony area as it too was covered in scaffold. It was easy to say how nice the hotel will be once the renovations are eventually completed. All of the staff were amazing, in particular Francisco who went above and beyond.

Beautiful, stylish, comfortable hotel in a prime location”
I would definitely come back to this small and beautiful hotel. The room was stylish and had wonderful amenities from a full kitchen to a cute back garden patio, to incredibly comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and kind. We didn't have a chance to try the canapes during the evening reception, we'll have to try them next time. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the Queenstown area wanting a prime location that is quiet but within a couple of blocks of the main shopping district area.

Queenstown short stay”
Delightful for a short stay. The kitchen would be too small for anything but fixing a Continental breakfast. The hotel breakfast is very good but a bit expensive. Plenty of restaurants to visit in Queenstown, within walking distance. Lovely pre-dinner wine and snack offered by a roaring fire. The only drawback was a room facing the street was a bit loud until the night wore on. Very nice hosts!

Amazed”
Stayed in the Remarkables room. Pros - Amazed with the cleanliness, design and how new it looked. Initially thought that the hotel was newly open for less than a year but was amazed when the owner Ms Karen told me that it has been up & running for 6 years!. Owner owned and operated. Great hospitality from both the owner and the Mr Francesco. Complimentary pre dinner canapés and wines. Covered parking. Cons - The hotel surroundings at night is reasonably quiet as compared to others hotels nearer to the city (as per other hotel reviews), however the thin layer of walls exposed me to the noises of neighboring rooms. Other reviewers had difficulties with the quantity and complexity of the switches, yes I do agree with the number of switches but not the complexity.
