Nice hotel with a feel of home.”
it rained the whole weekend we stayed at the quest mandurah so we spent alot of the time relaxing in our room. great setup. plasma's located in both lounge & bedroom. kitchen setup so you can cook your own meals if you choose to. close to local restaurants & shops. local iga only seconds away. only cons we came across, parking bays extremely tight & if you have small children..come prepared with a safety gate or something that can block of the staircase as its very steep & directly located in the lounge..! we used our daughters porta cot until she needed it at night.
Spacious, clean but no aircon in bedroom”
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quest Mandurah Hotel. The location was excellent; although we didn't walk as we had an active toddler with us, the hotel is walking distance to river activities, King Carnival and the main cafe/restaurant strip. There is an IGA and a few little service shops next to it as well. The hotel is actually located on the canal and if you're lucky you can get a room facing the canal, ours was facing the garden which was lovely. We booked a one-bedroom apartment which was quite spacious surprisingly and very clean. The major problem we had was no air conditioner in the bedroom. It was a rather hot weekend while we were there. We've had to turn on the one in the living room (on the furthest opposite corner) at full blast to allow cool air to come through to the bedroom. Overall, highly recommended hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
Accommodation was great, was down in Mandurah for work, location was good short 2 min walk to IGA and the bottle store lol! and 5-10 min walk to the terrace for pubs and restaurants. Room served its purpose and had all that I needed. will def stay here again
Frendly staff and excellent location, with a pool and spa overlooking canals”
Thank you Jessica, for a welcoming reception! Excellent service a peaceful place for a week or a few days in Mandurah.
Nice and Clean”
Great stay at Mandurah. Simple check in are taken so much of time but friendly staff...
Good for a one-nighter”
For a one-nighter, Quest was good. You really need a car in Mandurah once you go beyond the foreshore strip. It's very secure and safe. The rooms are a little small, with ours sharing a 'front door lobby' with one other room (good for families).
Nice apartment close to the foreshore”
Nice apartment, has everything you need (self contained). Close to the Mandurah foreshore.
We stayed in the studio room and the room definitely needs an update but the location was amazing. Loved the pool and bbq facilities. There was undercover and gated parking right in front of your door so that’s a bonus. It would be nice to have a restaurant onsite. Will definitely stay again.
i love this hotel so much,a very clean and comfortable hotel with very nice enviroment.will be back to stay in this hotel and highly recomen to all my friends.you wont feel regret to stay here.trust me...
was a very good stay as the apartment was near the city center where most of the restaurants and tourist spots are located at. there's a cinema near by as well, loved the view of the canal houses at the back. beds were rather dirty tho, with slight stains but other than that all the staff was friendly and enjoyed my stay
Good place for overnight stop”
We booked this hotel for an overnight stop after a late flight into Perth. Good sized apartment, well equipped but no aircon in the bedroom.. we arrived late and had to use the intercom at the gate and get keys from a safe box, the night manager told us over the intercom our room was on the left, however it turned out to be on the right, so 10 minutes in the dark and rain late at night finding our room was not great. Apart from that the room was clean and fairly comfortable, our only comment would be that the mattresses felt past there best..
I stayed in their suit that was for disabled ppl, and I loved it, main bed was a little hard for me, but that was just because of my back. But loved loved loved this suit and hotel. Will be staying there again
Needs a make over”
Great location, but after them taking my card details in case something is stolen or broken, i had to make sure i pointed out to them that, there was no spare pillows above the wardrobe as specified, the throw over the end of the bed was missing, curtains were missing hooks so they hung badly, when we asked for more milk we were given a handful of those small pots on opening them, they were off, on complaint staff member said yes they are just kept in a cupboard here, no battery cover on the back of the remote, regrouting off the bathroom floor was left up the white surrounding tiles so they looked dirty. All up not that great for the price they charge.
Very nice place. Friendly staff & very clean room”
I had a great time. The place was good the room was clean and the staff were very nice. I wanted to try the pool but it was too cold. The o ly thing was probably the tight parking but lucky we didnt have anyone next to us.
Great apartment with good facilities however the mattress on the main bedroom was terrible - no support at all. The other bedrooms had the old style venetians that did not close correctly with the outdoor lighting shining in brightly and then the sunrise waking the kids up very early. Based on these issues, I wouldn't return which is a shame because everything else was fantastic.
Trish from Perth”
Secure parking a plus, we had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious although a bit dirty. Reception girls were lovely, we asked to change rooms to get a better view and it was no problem.
Nice location ”
Stayed in two types of rooms, studio and two bedroom apartment. Studio is sharing a main door with another studio apartment. Two bedroom is very big and spacious but it has a flight of steps which is quite dangerous for toddlers and climbing infants.
Typical "Motel "room.”
Very homely, clean and welcoming, however, Squeaking door hinges, Tap handles loose. "Course" Toilet paper, Fridge door opening the wrong way, Ineffective door closers don't make it outstanding. These things appear minor but separate the "men from the boys" as it were. We will however recommend to friends and most likely revisit ourselves.
Simple stay-over room/location”
well, was initially given a room that was nor thoroughly cleaned for the next guest. some things/rubbish were still in the room from the previous occupants. we made this known to the duty manager and she apologised and made-good on this not-so-plesant encounter. hotel was suitably located, away from the town, just across the bridge, and next to a supermarket. the only complaint woul be that the car park lots are incredibly narrow and tight.
good stay with sufficient parking spaces”
Clean rooms with washer n dryer. Only thing to note for elderly is the units are 2 storeys, bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Location is not fantastic but it was not an issue as we had a car to bring us around.
