It was evident that the staff were genuinely trained to be accommodating and courteous, even beyond the holiday rush. Overall, our stay at Crimson Hotel was incredibly convenient, with a perfect blend of location, comfortable accommodations, excellent amenities, and delicious meals—all in one place to celebrate New Year’s Eve. I initially checked in for 2/27-3/2 but decided to extend my stay until 3/6 to explore the vicinity. FRONT DESK: I arrived at 2:45PM with a 3:00PM check in. I was told that the room wasn’t ready so I waited in the lobby. I noticed multiple people getting keys before me but I waited a bit more till I noticed it was already 3:50. I waited an hour without any updates so I asked one of the ladies how much longer it’s going to take to prep my room. I waited a few more minutes and was finally approached with a key card, an apology and a late checkout of 12PM. On 3/2, I went to front desk for reconfirmation that I can checkout at 12PM due to the late check in. I wanted to ensure that the promised late checkout was noted in the system. There were two personnel present (I will withhold names) so I provided my room number. One took a call while the other was on the computer so I stared at the latter. I was honestly disheartened that I got a cold response about me checking out at 12PM. A smile significantly enhances overall customer experience. I was going to ask to extend my stay until the 10th but that interaction left a negative impression on me. FOOD SERVICE: On the first night, my mom was zealously looking forward to having pumpkin soup for dinner at the hotel. The soup arrived cold and the serving was smaller than the size of her fist. The server politely offered a new bowl to make up for the measly serving but that came out cold as well. My mom was underwhelmed and didn’t touch her food. The server, Kyra Kaye offered our table complimentary slices of fruit. The senior sous chef, Gary approached our party to apologize and patiently listened to my mom’s feedback. I appreciated that the staff was receptive to feedback and swiftly sought resolution to the matter. I noticed Kyra Kaye from the day I checked in because she was the sole person serving multiple tables and manning the cafe. Kudos to her for keeping the boat afloat. My sisters came to visit me a few days later to swim. We ordered a bundle from Firehouse Brick Oven since we’ve been jonesing for it. The pizza was burnt, dough was soggy and the cheese was sparse. The servers at the pool approached us for feedback so my sisters communicated their concerns. The chicken was the best part of the meal so it’s a must try. The seafood pasta was fishy and pizza was just okay. We made it clear that we were only providing feedback not wanting anything in return. The staff approached us and informed us that their kitchen wants to correct it and offer us a different pizza so we agreed. It was better than the original ones ordered but I suggest to stick with the chicken. ROOM: Immaculate. The cleaning lady leaves me notes on a daily basis in response to my requests and tips. The bed is so comfortable that I’ve been sleeping like a baby. POOL STAFF / GUARDS: They all have polished manners and greet you warmly with a welcoming tone. This is an aspect of customer service that impacts customer retention. Crimson has a robust team and so I hope management continues to invest in training and development.

The hotel is easy to find from the airport, and the location is excellent—right next to Festival Mall, with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around the area. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people, with working air conditioning, body wash, shampoo, tissues, and a coffee setup with a thermos. It would’ve been nice to have spoons for stirring coffee and a microwave for convenience. We really appreciated being allowed to check in early after a long flight. The breakfast buffet downstairs was a nice touch and helped ease our jet lag. Customer service was excellent—staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the carpet in the room smelled a bit musty, so a good shampooing would definitely improve the overall experience. Also, the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working, causing fog after showers, and the shower door was broken. With a few small fixes, this place could be even better. Overall, a good stay for a short trip, and we’d consider coming back!

For the check-in and check out process, we used the self-check-in/out kiosk so it was very fast and easy. We were still guided by the staff during the process but it is pretty straightforward. For deluxe room, heated shower is available. Linen and beddings felt nice and we had great sleep. Over-all the facility and rooms are clean. We had dinner at the hotel and it was buffet priced at 1200 per pax. Food selection is good enough and tasted good also. Also good and my 2-year-old is free of charge. We were informed that kid's corner is available during weekends for children to play with. Lifeguard is present in the pool area. Crimson Hotel staff were very accomodating and polite. They cater to our requests very quick. When we were leaving, we forgot to ask validation for our parking ticket and on our way to the parking area, the security officer offered to validate the ticket for us so we don't have to go back again. Over-all would go back.

“Fave hotel around the area”
We truly had such a lovely time during our overnight stay at Crimson and my family enjoyed every moment of it. This hotel is such a gem, affordable yet packed with value. It has the biggest pool in the area, offers more dining and café options within the building, and still comes at a more budget-friendly price compared to others nearby. The lobby is also more spacious than most, and while it doesn’t get much natural light, the gorgeous interior design more than makes up for it. We arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time but Patricia at the reception desk welcomed us with the warmest smile. She was so helpful, accommodating, and just radiated positive energy throughout the check-in process which gave us such a great first impression. Our room was spacious and comfortable for a small family. While it didn’t have a bathtub, something we usually look for, I appreciated the thoughtful details like railings throughout the bathroom making it more accessible for people with disabilities. The only thing to watch out for is that the tiles get quite wet since there’s no full partition between the toilet and shower. My son actually slipped once so I’d suggest asking for extra rubber mats to make it safer as the one provided is a bit small. On the plus side, there were plenty of electrical outlets which was super convenient. Location-wise, you can’t go wrong as it’s close to malls, restaurants, and convenience stores, making everything you need just a short walk or ride away. Overall, Crimson ticked all the boxes for us in terms of amenities, location, and value for money. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.
