Good location but little things need attention”
We arrived from Mackay at approx 2.30pm to Quest, only to find that our apartment faced away from the river and into the hot afternoon sun. The rooms were very hot as the air conditioning had not been turned on for our arrival. There is no swimming pool to cool down in and the car parking is cramped and spaces were limited. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very noisy and needed replacing.The administration staff were very friendly and helpful. the location is excellent overlooking the river if you are able to secure a room on that side of the complex.

Needs a pool and additional charge was made even though booking was for two children, the staff charged for making up a sofa bed.
Clean, Quiet and Spacious. ”
These apartments are in a fantastic location, right on the Fitzroy river and within walking distant to lots of restaurants and cafes. They are clean and spacious with everything you need for a long stay. We had one problem while we were there - no hot water on the morning of our check out. The issue was resolved within 20 minutes and our checkout was extended at no charge to give us extra time. The staff were friendly and very helpful in helping us find groceries late at night. Would highly recommend Quest Rockhampton

Well situated along a precinct of excellent dining choices, Quest Rockhampton took excellent care on my recent business visit. I would highly recommend it.
Frustrating design ”
Frustrating hotel design. Parking lot small & difficult to get in & out of. Definitely not the hotel for groups. You can only go to the floor your room is on & the doors in the fire escape are locked so you can only exit on the ground floor. This means you can't visit people in other rooms which is incredibly frustrating if you are part of a group. Room was beautiful but not really worth the difficulties.

Excellent quality hotel”
This hotel/apartments is only a few months old so as a result very modern and clean. As always Quest delivers a fantastic business hotel that works for other occasions as well. Located on the river, next to the art gallery and theatre and only a few minutes walk into town. We stayed in a studio room which was spacious and well equipped. Undercover parking was complimentary.
