So clean, huge rooms and beds, great location ”
Great apartment, rooms so generous and beds comfy, super quiet. Pool looked great but too cold when we were there. The lounge was on the small side for such a big unit, but we really loved this accommodation and so did our kids. Close to town, close to supermarket and playgrounds. So clean and everyone had an off site car park.

Lovely staff and very efficient. The rooms were spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely use again. Keep in mind for those that like- no TV’s in bedrooms

stiff bed & pubic hair on toilet seat!!”
The beds were like sleeping on the floor! Not comfortable at all.. As we arrived we were looking around the rooms and my partner noticed that the toilet seat had urine on it and also pubic hair, 🤢 Soo the cleaning wasn’t done very well at all… VERY narrow parking, I could hardly get my car (VE) (so you get an idea of the space) in there, So i would only recommend small cars, But otherwise, Our stay was cozy, Warm, Smelt fresh, Shower was AMAZING 🤩, Close to CBD, Everything we needed was there,

Lovely apartment but not clean.”
Lovely apartment, great location but unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to scratch. Dirty dishes, fridge & freezer interior, exterior of kitchen cupboards as well as shower screen & some towels. This detracted from our otherwise pleasant stay, it just felt dirty.

Apartment 108 had it's troubles”
It was enjoyable staying in Portland, but the apartment had some electrical issues. We stayed three nights and on the 2nd day when we returned to use the card login it did not work. Eventually after a lot of problem- solving the batteries in the door lock needed to be replaced, but the junior staff member did not know what the problem was and so needed the assistance of the senior staff member who came into help her out. On Sunday in the afternoon we discovered our kettle in the kitchen would not work but unfortunately the power to the whole kitchen and the lounge room was actually not working. By this time the front desk had just closed. So I had to ring the night manager who directed me to fuse box and this was the problem! I have on checking out advised the front desk that some of the things were after hours (9-5) Sunday it is not opened at all, so it would be a good idea to have casual hours available from at least 5-9 especially on weekends when everyone is arriving from Melbourne and would be not arriving till at least after 5.00 p.m. I also asked to be compensated at least seeing that I stayed the 3 nights. All I was told is that they would pass on my recommendations to management!! As yet I have not heard.

Not worth the money”
Was not happy at all with the cleanliness of the room. There was mould in the bathroom shower and a cockroach in the shower first night. Dust all over the bedroom wall above the bed. Not only that but when I went to get an ice cubes out of the tray there was a brown Tablet frozen in with one of the ice cubes. Family at the time stayed at the same hotel who said the for the price of the room it should have been cleaner and better set out. Would not recommend to anyone or go back to Quest apartments again.

we are a family with young children, we had a lovely time here, super stores and market near by. lovely staff (we checked in after 11 Pm, without notice. the duty manager helped us check in that late too). free secure parking. very nice accommodation.
