Only Issue was that although I had prepaid with Agoda, it was difficult for the staff at Quest to see or to understand that i had prepaid. Also appeared Agoda had not passed on any communication to Quest regarding special requests made during the booking process, bed types and sizes, non smoking etc. Other than that, I highly recommend the Quest apartments, it was very clean, and the staff were very helpful, polite and understanding.

One of the better motels in Wagga. It is walking distance to the Court and other location of interest for the businessman. As it is self-contained you can purchase groceries and cook for yourself thereby saving money.

Spacious apartment”
stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, which had 2 bathrooms, and a European laundry (which was a great surprise). Really spacious, and beds were comfy. location is close to a supermarket, about a 2 block flat road walk which was easy. Room service is provided at night by Pub next door- very tasty and was quick service.

I booked Studio Room for 2 nights, the room was clean but very small. I was very disappointed when we checked in that our room was underneath the steps. I asked to changed and told them I requested for a higher level and large room. Next door was quiet noisy early morning- tv volume was very loud. I think Quest was overpriced considering they’re far away from train station and main city. That was a long walk for us.

Disappointing experience”
We booked a room for two in a queen room that offered a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with a bath, my receipt stated an approx 32m2 apartment, with arrival between 1pm and 2pm. We arrived at 2.15pm, we were told the room would not be ready for 15-30 minutes. We were eventually offered an alternate room after being told that every room was ready except ours, we agreed to the change in room as we had been travelling for a number of hours, requesting if possible for a ground floor room. We checked in and went to the room. While the room was reasonably functional, it was positively claustrophobic compared to the room we were expecting. The bedroom was barely big enough for the double bed and one side table, the bathroom only contained a shower, no bath and was so small you hit your arms on walls if you raised them. The dishes in the kitchenette needed to be washed before use as they were not clean. We feel we were down graded. Staff were polite, but had no concern for our experience.

The stay at this hotel was really good. Just a lovely apartment, beautiful rooms and a great environment. Would definitely encourage other people to stay here if in the area.

Great Hotel”
It was great, rooms were clean and very nice. Except some things from the kitchenette needed replacing such as the kettle as it was old and alittle broken. Other than that it was close to the shops. The one of the RSL was right in front of the hotel and definitely lives up as a 4-star hotel. Would definitely stay there again except the only thing thats stopping us is the price being too high.

We travelled 15 hours and stopped for the night, the sheets had yellow stains all over them and our bathroom was dusty, hair all over the floor, our bathroom floor mat had mould growing on it and the shower had mould in it. Won't be staying here again

It was the first time we've been to Wagga Wagga, enroute to Melbourne from Sydney. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. Everything was good except that if you stay upstairs and with heavy luggage to lift, then it would be a challenge.
