Very comfortable stay with reasonable price. The hotel is located around Susukoni district, nearby Tanuki shopping street, restaurants, and many more. You can simply walk to Odori Park and Sapporo city center within 10-20 minutes. The room is clean and comfortable. One bad thing is that they don't have blackout curtains, so the light from outside can get in during the night.

Very helpful and polite staff”
When we arrived, it was snowing quite heavily. We came from the back of the hotel, but the male staff came out to receive us and even helped to bring the luggage in on his own. And is very helpful to direct us to a partner parking site which is much cheaper. Room is small, hotel is narrow. But service is more important.

First, it was very easy to set up online through Agoda. Was able to select the dates I wanted, and completed my purchase very easy. I received an email with confirmation that Quintessa Hotel had seen my stay request and are expecting me. Check-in process was easy, as the staff was very helpful. They spoke Japanese and English. The hotel layout is nice, and very clean. Room was perfect for me and had everything I needed. Cleanliness ad location are my top requirements for staying at any hotel. Quintessa is both very clean, and the location is amazing. Within minutes walk to Susukino train station, and a few minute to Sapporo main train station. When you stay at Quintessa you will be right in the middle of everything. Perfect for traveling around the city. Withing a few steps to restaurants, shopping, etc... I highly recommend this hotel and its staff. Thanks again for the great stay.

If you have 2 luggage don’t stay this hotel!! Terrible room size can’t even open the luggage. Bed small until cannot turn left and right!!! only replacement towel, no clean up at all!!!

14meter room size if you are slim enough to turn into the room, if not pls don’t take this hotel, staff are helpful but no 1 can understand english, most expensive hotel in my Hokkaido trip for 2 weeks compare with other really not worth it!!!

Had an impressive stay for few days”
This is by far one of the biggest room I stayed during our trip in Japan in this price range, if you book the hotel 1-2 months before or more, you might get a steal price. I think this hotel does not disappoint for this price and it's not that far from subway station which is just an underpass to Sapporo station you can walk through inside.

Booked a room for a person, the room is really quite small but sufficient for a person. The hotel is reasonably priced considering the location is in one of nightlife area. I do not think it is suitable families but suitable for couples. Just my opinion.

家族で利用させて頂きました。 綺麗だし、とても安い。 しかも、ロケーションも良い。 ただ、良すぎてなのか、夜中まで重低音の音が部屋中に響いていました。 それから、チェックインの時並んでいましたが、入口の扉が開きっぱなしになっていて寒かった。 フロントバックに人が居るのにアテンドもない、混み合った時のオペレーションが良くないと思います。 また、駐車場も並ぶので、そこも寒かったです。 機械式だから仕方ないのでしょうが…。 そういう事を差し引いても、満足のいく料金でした。 12月10日501号室利用。
