The place has 4 floors, Artistic theme on each floor. 1st fl is common area, living room, kitchen. Each floor has one bedroom, with private toilet, shower and different kind of bathtub. Air condition, hot shower, hair dryer, full amenities & private terrace. Also high speed internet, a bicycle, toaster, blender, electric stove, coffee machine, recommendation list for restaurant & cafe in neighbourhood.
We are located in hippest area in Bangkok Thonglor or Sukhumvit 55.

Dear Guest Thank you for booking with us, please kindly read our house rule before checking-in. - No shoes and no smoking in the house - Smoking is allow only at the terrace, smoking inside the home will be fined 1000 THB for cleaning to get rid the smoking smell. - Please keep noise down after 9 pm - Since we are small business, our operation cost is a lot higher than bigger business, so please help us save the cost of the electricity. So we are strictly required to turn off AC, lamps when nobody in the room. - Please kindly taking care of stuffs in the home, as most of them are my personal import collectible. - Any damage item will be charged. - No outside guest is allowed. - For any purpose of commercial use by photo shooting or filming please contact me for extra rate. Strongly require to inform total guest and purpose of use. (Or the fine of 500 USD will be charged/night) Thank you for understanding and respect our rules.

Absolutely loved this artsy and quirky place”

One of the best experiences of our trip to Bangkok. The apartment is beautiful and we took so many photos of this artsy place. It is quiet (except for the neighborhood dogs). The whole neighborhood is a destination in itself. We spent a lot of time walking around exploring. Only downside was the fact that the location that far away from center made it difficult to get a taxi/Tuk Tuk. They didn't want to drive that far. But on the upside - a trip with the local boat in the canals was an experience. If we visit Bangkok again we insist on staying here again.

The host is amazing!”

I didn't get to see the host in person but their response is pretty fast! We checked in late as there's a bad traffic jam but the host is patient and made sure that we reach the location and checked in smoothly. The pantry is pretty well stocked as well!
