FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY !”

Quoc Hoa Premier Hotel was first class in every department located right in the centre old the old quarter ,within walking distance of all the wonderful museums ,the opera house and of course the fantastic walking markets. From the moment you walk in to the spotless and very smart hotel you are welcomed with kindness and warm hospitality. Lily who was on duty during my five days at the hotel and who spoke excellent english could not have been more helpful ,she printed out all my visa documents for me advised me on the most interesting museums, and ordered taxis for me coming out when the taxi arrived to speak to the taxi driver to ensure he knew where I wanted to go ! My room was truly first class sound proofed so very tranquil even though you are right in the middle of all the Hanoi action with an excellent and very comfortable large bed. The breakfast could not be improved on with a fabulous selection of eastern and western options . In my opinion you will not find a better hotel

Amazing experience”

I totally in love with my stay at Quoc Hoa hotel. From here, we were only steps away from the famous Pho on 45 Bat Dan, 20 steps away from the famous (and to my taste, the best of the best, representing the essence of Hanoi culinary) Ba Thin dessert and to many more amazing shops & eateries. On top of that, the staffs were super supportive and helpful. The room amenities were top-notch. Even at the 5-stars hotels, I could hardly find the small sewing kit for cases that I needed one. They even help us to replace the normal only-shavers electric outlet for the 120V & 240V electric outlet for us to use our water toothpick! I would definitely come back to stay at Quoc Hoa hotel for my next visit!

very good hotel for the money ”

We had a chance to visit Quac Hoa hotel twice in one week. The first time we booked via Agoda without really knowing what we get. The second time we quickly looked to book again because we were satisfied very much. The hotel is really good for people coming to visit Hanoi. located in the middle of the old quarter, with nice wide room, small dining room (we had only breakfast, but they offered different kind of dishes there) and smiling staff.

A memorable visit”

The moment we entered the Hotel, we were greeted by Annie (Hotel Tour Staff Member). Annie's command of English was exceptional, she helped us decide what tours to take and when to fit them in to our tight schedule. Annie also arranged our transfers to/ from the Airport and a local private cab, so we could visit the tourist sites in Hanoi. The Hotel itself was very clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and everything inside it, functioned. The location of the Hotel worked very well, as most of the old quarter sites could be accessed. To summarise: An excellent Hotel with exceptional staff; the fundamental components for a pleasant visit.

Would love to be back”

I used the services here when they offered the discount for my rooms. It was very cheap so I was not expected to have any special services but they did it so well that made me extremely amazed. Right when I arrived to the hotel, they upgraded my room to a higher room which have more view to the capital centre. With the price that they offered, I was not expect the hotel would be 4 star standard but it really is. The location is very good for you to enjoy the beauty of Hanoi that all of the things you need are all around. Compared to any similar hotel, it is quite small room but I am a Vietnamese, I know that in this area. Except from paying A LOT MORE, you would have a bigger room but it does not worth to me so I didn't do that. I had an amazing Hanoi trip with a lot of food and amazing places. This hotel was absolutely one of these factors. Would love to recommend. Tính ghi review tiếng Việt nữa nhưng hết cho ghi thêm rồi, nói chung là nên đặt lắm á cả nhà ơi.

Spacious and bright room with large windows overseeing the old town homes. ”

I had stayed a night in a 4.5 star hotel and was happy to move to Quoc Hoa hotel. I stayed 2 nights, went to Lan Ha Bay and returned for additional 2 nights. Kathy was especially attentive to ensure the stay was smooth and pleasant. She gave me several suggestions of where to go and enjoy Hanoi and surrounding area.

Excellent hotel. Helpful and friendly staff”

We had a very pleasant stay at Quoc Hoa. The staff was extremely courteous to us. We were even upgraded to a bigger room than the one we booked, which was a very nice gesture of them. To be honest, the included breakfast was pretty average but the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel more than made up for it. Don't hesitate to book your stay here.

Awesome stay at Quoc Hoa! Their staff were friendly and accommodating, room is clean and facilities are good. Breakfast was buffet but I was a bit sad that only Pho ga (chicken Pho) was available and it did not taste really good so the next few days we decided to go out for breakfast. Other than that, totally satisfied with the stay here and will come back!

First Time in Hanoi”

Great value for your money. The location is right at the center of Old Quarter where everything is just a few minutes of walking away. The breakfast has a large variety of choices and the quality of food is great. The room is large and very comfortable for 3 people. They also have a person assigned who suggests tour packages. This helped us a lot in booking a very good tour and cruise in Halong Bay. All in all, I will recommend this hotel to my friends planning to go to Hanoi.

Great value for money ... boutique hotel in old quarter near all action. “ Lily adds value to the hotel having fluent English and a wealth of information.” Hiring a free university walking guide on line to guide you through the old and French quarters is well worth it.. We did it on two separate mornings and they really enjoy the experience and tip... Few pitfalls Breakfast area with no separate bar so enjoying a glass of wine at night in same area not exciting.. Caution when booking room as some are much smaller and face a brick wall... strongly suggest doing three day hike through Sapa villages which is a five and half hour busride

I booked into this hotel seven time during g my travels around north Vietnam as a central Hanoi base. Staff always welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast plentiful and tour lady wasn’t pushy at all try try and sell us tours. Right in the centre of old quarter so lots do to do and experience. I’d recommend downloading the Grab app to get around and a bike is easier and quicker than a car. Would definitely return to this hotel

Good accommodation - avoid the spa.”

Pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Rooms a good size for an Old Quarter hotel and nice bathrooms. Breakfast was very good considering the cost and the number of rooms in the hotel. Strongly advise not using their spa. We frequently have massages and facials, so are familiar with expectations of service and procedures in spas. This one had untrained young girls and a manager lying on the lounge watching movies. Very poor massages- certainly had not been given training- no pattern to the massage or technique. The facial was a disaster- until I realised that what I could feel was the girl shaving my face- all over- I certainly would not be desscribed as having foil hair!, The ‘ relaxing experience was destroyed by chatter, a bright light flicking on and off and background movies... The hote ldid listen to our complaint and offered a 50% spa refund. Much better spas on the street. Rooms were quiet- no street noise. Would use the hotel again but avoid the spa

Great Location, friendly staff!! ”

This hotel is located in the center of the old quarter in Hanoi. This means it’s close to all the tourists attractions, the best street food, and the night market. The staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was able to arrange a private car for me to the airport last minute when all the cars on Grab became busy due to a sudden thunderstorm. The concierge is also able to organize all of your tours to nearby Halong Bay, food tours, and Hanoi tours. Breakfast is also included daily, and includes a wide variety of both Vietnamese and western foods as well as an omelette station. The only downside is that the equipment in the indoor gym is in need of repair. All in all, a great hotel to stay at!

Great accommodation in the city center”

We spend in Hanoi 1 week in the hotel. Breakfast - really full of everything what you want! In the city center - you can find there lot of street foods, shops, bars and coffee bars. Hotel was clean and we were really satisfied and happy from staff - Hoai Phuong. She was really helpful, she told us everything about the city sights, food and if we need transport to the Sapa, she was there to help us. I think she is the fifth star of this hotel. My recommendation to communicate with her - you will be surprised how awesome she is. Thanks to this hotel for really nice services and accommodation. When we will travel to the Hanoi we will travel to this hotel again.

Great location and very Friendly staff, I used this hotel as a base and stayed for 4 separate nights in different rooms all were good. Some beds softer than others. Great showers in all. Breakfast basic but hot and plentiful with egg station where they will cook fresh omelette to your liking. Hotel couldn’t beat Agoda price and advised me to book using agoda. Great little spa opposite who do amazing massages and nice little restaurant 3 doors down that are friendly and great food. If you haven’t got the Grab app download it and use the grab bikes to get around on the cars get stuck in the narrow roads and traffic.
