Attentive, Warm and Delightful ”
R&B hotel has made our first visit to Sapporo rather delightful and memorable. It is conveniently close to JR Sapporo station, only 2-3 mins by walking distance. Because of its location we could quickly walk to nearby sightseeing spots including Odori Park, and jump on the train to the next JR station like Furano, Otaru and Yoichi. Breakfast was basic yet adequate. The room size is city scaled, however this was made up by great customer service. A huge thank you to Ms Kaori Stone for her high level of attentiveness, customer service excellence, going above and beyond helping us book a Japanese-only speaking 1 Michelin Star Restaurant in Otaru - Isezushi. Onsite coin operated laundry with dryer meant we could continue our journey feeling refreshed in no time. We felt it was a special visit overall. Highly recommended!

Convenient downtown hotel”
Since I was visiting Sapporo for the first time, I wanted to reserve a room at a downtown hotel that would be convenient to the annual Snow Festival sites. It was an easy 25 minute train ride from Chitose Airport to Sapporo Station, and then only a three block walk to the hotel. Check in was a breeze, and although the room itself was quite small, all amenities were covered. Although there's no restaurant in the hotel, there are several in the area, as well as a 24 hour 7-11 next door.

Decent Hotel at a Good Location”
Hotel is about 5 - 7 minutes walk from Sapporo Station's South Exit. Hotel is also within walking distance to Odori station. There is a 7-11 right at the hotel's doorstep. Please note that the lobby is located on the 2nd floor. Two flights of stairs to climb so if you have lots of luggages, it's best to give them a call - there's a phone at the base of the stairs for you to call if you require assistance. Room's the typical size for any Japan hotel. I had a 28 inch luggage with me and it occupied half of the entrance walkway. Toothbrush and razor will be given by the front desk upon check in. Only shampoo and shower gel available in the bathroom. Comfy bed and pillow. In room wifi available. Small fridge. A small wooden pull out table and stool in the room for you to have your meal at, or do your make up. Foldable mirror provided.

Great Budget Hotel and Location”
The hotel is very close to Sapporo station, just 5 mins walk from the South Exit. There's a 7-11 right next to the hotel and lots of yakitori and ramen places within a couple blocks. The free breakfast is kind of disappointing, but it is all-you-can-eat. Croissants + hard-boiled eggs + coffee + juice.

Great location ”
The location was really great since it was only 5 - 10 minutes walk away from Sapporo station which meant an easy travel to places out of Sapporo. 7-11 right at the doorstep of the hotel, meaning you can grab some late-night snacks after coming home. Free breakfast provided, but don't expect much. Its just different types of bread, coffee and juice and some instant soup. Room is typically small and if you need toiletries you have to ask for it at the front desk. Pretty good deal I guess.

Great Location, Clean Room, Helpful Staff”
My family and I (3adults in total) stayed at this hotel. We each had a single room. Hotel and room were clean and it made our stay comfortable. Hotel is close to Hakodate station and so moving around was easy. Many food options around the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful ! English is of no problem here. Great place to stay at!

Clean hotel @ great location”
the hotel is in walking distance to jr station, old hokkaido city hall and odori park. it has a 7-11 right next to it plus a bus stop and subway entrance nearby. perfect for backpacking. the room is very small but very clean, plus i only came back to clean up and sleep so it's a non-issue for me. they provide simple breakfast (coffee, milk, egg and pastries). good price. i highly recommend it for business traveler and backpacker.

Good, excellent for a confortable stay. Near Shopping Centre, bus terminal and the main tourist centre. Good restaurant and shopping. Near the Odori Park and Sapporo TV tower. Convenient to take train to the airport and other attractions.

great location”
the staff are nice. they can speak english. please mind that checkin time is 4:00 pm sharp. either you can wait or you can leave your stuff and comeback later. i was expecting a wi-fi but there is none. non-secured wi-fi from the outside is also not availble during my stay. i happened to use internet only in odori park.. or in times when i go outside. overall, i like my stay here because its strategic location, clean hotel, and free breakfast.

Great location, convenient and clean”
The hotel is located only 10 minutes from Sapporo station and very close to the underground walkway so it's very convenient for travelling from Sapporo and also exploring the city. A convenient store is just downstairs so even though the hotel itself does not serve much meals you can easily purchase food or other necessities downstairs. Rooms are clean, no smoke smell so the stay was overall comfortable. Worth it if you are looking for a decent hotel with good location. Will recommend it to my friends in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located within the city centre and near the Sapporo Train Station. However, the room is very small and you need to walk up a flight of stairs to the receptionist.

THe hotel has a great location,next to 7-eleven store,walking distance to JR station. Room is clean though little small. However,the hotel rate is too pricey for the low season in winter.

Very accessible to downtown”
quite accessible to downtown sights as well as outbound transportation. free pc for internet available. we slept well and breakfast was nice. not like other hotels whose rooms smell of tobacco.

Hotel was as per described”
No fuss. I asked the counter for an adapter to charge my phone and she got it for me right away. No questions asked. Location is good. Room is normal Japanese room, good for a 1 night stay.

The room small. It's worth for one/single person. There is just breads, boiled egg and some beverages for breakfast, anyway it does live up to its price.
